Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kasety na nosniki danych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kasete na nosniki danych w widoku z przodu, fig.2- kasete w widoku z tylu, fig.3- kasete w widoku z boku, fig.4- kasete w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- kasete w widoku z góry, fig.6- kasete w widoku z dolu, fig.7- kasete w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z dolu i z boku, a fig.8- kasete w widoku perspek- tywicznym z tylu, z dolu i z boku.Kaseta na nosniki danych wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys prostokata, w którym jedno naroze jest lukowato sciete, przy czym w polu sciany tylnej kasety znajduje sie kilka wy- bran. Kilka wybran jest usytuowanych przy krawedzi górnej ka- sety i kazde ma zarys litery "U". Nastepne wybranie o zarysie prostokata polozone jest w poblizu krawedzi bocznej. Dwa ko- lejne wybrania polozone sa przy krawedziach bocznych kasety, z których jedno ma zarys prostokata, a drugie ma zarys pólo- walu. Several recesses are located at the upper edge of the cassette and each has the outline of the letter "U". The next rectangular recess is located near the side edge.
