Puzderko z zamknieciem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26 lutego 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest puzderko z zamknieciem. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac puzderka z zamknieciem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór puzderka uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 oraz 1A przedstawia puzderko o ksztalcie trójosiowej elipsoidy, z zamknieciem, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - puzderko z fig.1, w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - puzderko z fig. 1, w widoku z boku, fig.4 - puzderko z fig. 1, w widoku z góry, fig.5 - puzderko z fig. 1, w widoku z tylu. Puzderko z zamknieciem, w widoku ze wszystkich stron ma ksztalt trójosiowej elipsoidy, przy czym w bryle elipsoidy znajduje sie przelotowa szufladka usytuowana w plaszczyznie jej osi dluzszych. Wypukle scianki czolowe szufladkiuksztaltowane sa zgodnie z powierzchnia bryly trójosiowej elipsoidy i tym samym przy zamknietym puzderku stanowia one czesc jej powierzchni. Wykrój scianek czolowych moze byc geometryczny lub fantazyjny. Scianki boczne i dno szufladki wyprowadzone od wykroju scianek czolowych, ksztaltuja pojemnik puzderka przesuwny przelotowo przez jego elipsoidalny korpus, który zarazem stanowi zamkniecie pojemnika. W ten sposób dlugosci scianek bocznych i dna szufladki powiekszone o wypuklosci jej scianek czolowych wyznaczaja w zaleznosci od zorientowania szufladki w elipsoidalnym korpusie puzderka jego szerokosc lub dlugosc: przy usytuowaniu szufladki wzdluz osi krótszej wyznaczaja jego szerokosc, zas przy usytuowaniu szufladki wzdluz osi dluzszej - jego dlugosc. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a box with a closure, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The box design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Figs. 1 and 1A show a perspective view of a box in the shape of a triaxial ellipsoid with a closure; Fig. 2 - the box from Fig. 1, front view; Fig. 3 - the box from Fig. 1, side view; Fig. 4 - the box from Fig. 1, top view; Fig. 5 - the box from Fig. 1, back view. A box with a closure, viewed from all sides, has the shape of a triaxial ellipsoid, with the ellipsoid containing a pass-through drawer located in the plane of its longer axes. The drawer's convex front walls are shaped in accordance with the surface of the triaxial ellipsoid, thus constituting part of its surface when the box is closed. The front walls can have a geometric or fanciful design. The side walls and the drawer bottom, derived from the front wall cutout, form the box's container, which slides through its ellipsoidal body, which also serves as the container's closure. In this way, the lengths of the side walls and the bottom of the drawer, increased by the convexity of its front walls, determine its width or length, depending on the orientation of the drawer in the ellipsoidal body of the box: when the drawer is positioned along the shorter axis, they determine its width, and when the drawer is positioned along the longer axis, they determine its length.
