Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z przykrywka sluzacy do przechowywania produktów zywnosciowych, szczególnie w lodówkach i zamrazarkach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z przykrywka, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z przykrywka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - w widoku od góry, fig.3 - w widoku od dolu, fig.4 przedstawia pojemnik z przykrywka w widoku z przodu, a fig.5 - w widoku od lewego boku. Pojemnik ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaoblonych krawedziach dolnych i bocznych i zaoblonych narozach przy podstawie. Krawedzie górne pojemnika sa wywiniete na zewnatrz i zakonczone kolnierzem w niewielkiej odleglosci od góry i prostopadle do scian bocznych. Kolnierz zaopatrzony jest od strony kazdej z czterech górnych krawedzi w dwie podluzne symetrycznie usytuowane listwy, stanowiace poszerzenie kolnierza. Przykrywka ma ksztalt odwzorowujacy ksztalt przekroju poprzecznego pojemnika, a jej obrzeze dopasowane jest do ksztaltu obrzeza pojemnika tak, ze ma zaoblone naroza i zagiete krawedzie zachodzace na wysokosc zagietych krawedzi pojemnika. Zagiete krawedzie pokrywy tworza zewnetrzna scianke rowka, w którym umieszczona jest uszczelka . Uszczelka jest uksztaltowana tak, ze wypelnia zaglebienie rowka i dociska do krawedzi pojemnika. Zagiete krawedzie pokrywy na calej swej dlugosci z wylaczeniem lukowatych odcinków czterech narozy zaopatrzone sa w cztery odginane wypusty, z których kazdy wyposazony jest w dwa podluzne otwory, kazdyodpowiadajacy podluznej listwie przy kolnierzu pojemnika. Pomiedzy tymi otworami i powyzej nich umieszczony jest dodatkowo podluzny otwór. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki znajduje sie plaski wystep w postaci prostokata o bokach w wiekszosci równoleglych do zewnetrznych krawedzi pokrywki, przy czym w dluzszych bokach znajduja sie symetrycznie usytuowane lukowe wklesniecia.Zastrzezenie Pojemnik z przykrywka o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, znamienny tym, ze prostopadloscienny pojemnik o zaoblonych krawedziach dolnych i bocznych i zaoblonych narozach przy podstawie ma krawedzie górne wywiniete na zewnatrz i zakonczone kolnierzem w niewielkiej odleglosci od góry i prostopadle do scian bocznych, a kolnierz zaopatrzony jest od strony kazdej z czterech górnych krawedzi w dwie podluzne symetrycznie usytuowane listwy stanowiace poszerzenie kolnierza, natomiast przykrywka ma ksztalt odwzorowujacy ksztalt przekroju pojemnika plaszczyzna pozioma, a jej obrzeze dopasowane jest do ksztaltu obrzeza pojemnika tak, ze ma zaoblone naroza i zagiete krawedzie zachodzace na wysokosc zagietych krawedzi pojemnika, przy czym zagiete krawedzie pokrywy tworza zewnetrzna scianke rowka, w którym umieszczona jest uszczelka tak uksztaltowana, ze wypelnia zaglebienie rowka i dociska do krawedzi pojemnika, natomiast zagiete krawedzie pokrywy na calej swej dlugosci z wylaczeniem lukowatych odcinków czterech narozy zaopatrzone sa w cztery odginane wypusty, z których kazdy wyposazony jest w dwa podluzne otwory, kazdy odpowiadajacy podluznej listwie przy kolnierzu pojemnika, a pomiedzy tymi otworami i powyzej nich umieszczony jest dodatkowo podluzny otwór, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.l do fig.5. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container with a lid, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a lid in a perspective view, Fig. 2 in a top view, Fig. 3 in a bottom view, Fig. 4 in a front view, and Fig. 5 in a left-side view. The container has a cuboid shape with rounded bottom and side edges and rounded corners at the base. The top edges of the container are turned outward and terminated with a flange a short distance from the top and perpendicular to the side walls. The collar is equipped with two symmetrically arranged longitudinal strips on each of its four upper edges, extending the collar. The lid is shaped to reflect the container's cross-section, and its rim is matched to the container's rim, with rounded corners and bent edges that overlap the container's bent edges. The bent edges of the lid form the outer wall of the groove in which the seal is placed. The seal is shaped to fill the groove recess and press against the container's rim. The bent edges of the lid, excluding the arcuate sections of the four corners, are fitted with four foldable projections along their entire length, each with two oblong holes, each corresponding to a longitudinal strip at the container's collar. An additional oblong hole is located between and above these holes. On the outer surface of the lid there is a flat projection in the form of a rectangle with sides mostly parallel to the outer edges of the lid, with the longer sides having symmetrically arranged arc-shaped concavities. Claim A container with a lid in the shape of a cuboid, characterized in that the cuboid container with rounded lower and side edges and rounded corners at the base has upper edges turned outwards and finished with a collar at a short distance from the top and perpendicular to the side walls, and the collar is provided on the side of each of the four upper edges with two longitudinal symmetrically arranged strips constituting an extension of the collar, while the lid has a shape reflecting the shape of the cross-section of the container in a horizontal plane, and its rim is adjusted to the shape of the container rim so that it has rounded corners and bent edges overlapping the height of the bent edges of the container, wherein the bent edges of the lid form the outer wall of a groove in which a seal is placed, shaped so as to fill the groove recess and press against the edges of the container, while the bent edges of the lid along their entire length, excluding the arcuate sections of the four corners, are provided with four bendable projections, each of which is provided with two oblong holes, each corresponding to the longitudinal strip at the collar of the container, and between these holes and above them there is an additional oblong hole, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. 2.
