Pierwszenstwo : 03.05.2001 (Niemcy) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób piekarniczy przedstawiony na materiale ilustracyjnym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu piekarniczego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wyrób piekarniczy w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - wyrób piekarniczy w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i na scianke górna, fig. 3 - wyrób piekarniczy od spodu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bakery product, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bakery product in a top view, Fig. 2 - the bakery product in a perspective view from the front and top wall, Fig. 3 - the bakery product from the bottom. The bakery product is characterized by a heart-like shape, with its width being approximately 1/6 greater than its length, and its height being approximately 2/3 less than its height.
