Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. The new and original form of an industrial design is reflected in its shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a furniture handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the same handle in a bottom view.

Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z prostokatnym wyjeciem srodkowym i zaokraglonymi wszystkimi jego krawedziami pionowymi i poziomymi, z wyjatkiem poziomych krawedzi podstawy uchwytu. W widoku od spodu uchwyt w górnej srodkowej czesci ma wyjecie w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami, a w bocznych elementach podstawy ma po dwie tulejki usytuowane przy krótszych ich bokach, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie wyjecia, których boki krótsze stanowia scianki tulejek, a boki dluzsze linie proste laczace z soba te tulejki. The furniture handle has the shape of a flat cuboid with a rectangular central outlet and all its vertical and horizontal edges are rounded, except for the horizontal edges of the handle base. In the bottom view, the handle in the upper central part has a rectangular opening with rounded shorter sides, and in the side parts of the base it has two sleeves located at their shorter sides, between which there are holes, the shorter sides of which are the walls of the sleeves and the sides of the longer lines simple connecting these sleeves.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z prostokatnym wyjeciem srodkowym i zaokraglonymi wszystkimi jego krawedziami pionowymi i poziomymi, z wyjatkiem poziomych krawedzi podstawy uchwytu, natomiast w widoku od spodu uchwyt w górnej srodkowej czesci ma wyjecie w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami, a w bocznych elementach podstawy ma po dwie tulejki usytuowane przy krótszych ich bokach, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie wyjecia, których boki krótsze stanowia scianki tulejek, a boki dluzsze linie proste laczace z soba te tulejki.Important features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is characterized by the fact that: - it has the shape of a flat cuboid with a rectangular central outlet and all its vertical and horizontal edges are rounded, except for the horizontal edges of the base of the handle, while in the view from below the handle in the upper central part it has a rectangular opening with rounded shorter sides, and in the side elements of the base it has two sleeves located at their shorter sides, between which there are openings, the shorter sides of which are the walls of the sleeves, and the longer sides of the longer straight lines joining each other bushings.
