Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy o lukowych scianach bocznych w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - odmiane uchwytu meblowego o prostych scianach bocznych w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 2 w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 8 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku. Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1, 3, 4 i 5 ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie prostokatnej, której dolne pionowe sciany przechodza lagodnymi promieniami w sciany rozwarte, zakryte od góry sciana promieniowo-wklesla tak, ze w widoku z przodu oraz w widoku z boku ma ksztalty zblizone do trapezów. Prostokatna plaska podstawa uchwytu zaopatrzona jest w dwa otwory nagwintowane usytuowane w poblizu jej konców, a górne poziome krawedzie oraz boczne krawedzie uchwytu maja zaokraglenia. Odmiana uchwytu meblowego pokazana na fig. 2, 6, 7 i 8 ma identyczny ksztalt jak uchwyt przedstawiony na fig. 1, 3, 4 i 5, za wyjatkiem bocznych krótszych jego scian plaskich o profilu zblizonym do trapezu, które usytuowane sa prostopadle do podstawy prostokatnej i górnej sciany promieniowo-wkleslej oraz przedniej i tylnej sciany o ksztalcie prostokatnym.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1-8 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie prostokatnej, której dolne pionowe sciany przechodza lagodnymi promieniami w sciany rozwarte, zakryte od góry sciana promieniowo-wklesla tak, ze w widoku z przodu oraz z boku ma ksztalty zblizone do trapezów, - ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie prostokatnej, której dolne pionowe sciany przednia i tylna przechodza lagodnymi promieniami w sciany rozwarte, a jego sciany boczne usytuowane sa prostopadle do podstawy, przy czym wszystkie te sciany zakryte sa od góry sciana promieniowo-wklesla, - prostokatna plaska podstawa uchwytu posiada dwa otwory nagwintowane usytuowane w poblizu jej konców, - górne poziome oraz boczne krawedzie uchwytu maja zaokraglenia. The furniture handle shown in Figures 1, 3, 4, and 5 has the shape of a solid with a rectangular base, the lower vertical walls of which merge with gentle radii into obtuse walls, covered at the top by a radially concave wall, so that in front and side views it has shapes close to trapezoids. The rectangular flat base of the handle is provided with two threaded holes located near its ends, and the upper horizontal edges and lateral edges of the handle are rounded. The furniture handle variant shown in fig. 2, 6, 7 and 8 has an identical shape to the handle shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, with the exception of its shorter side flat walls with a profile close to a trapezium, which are situated perpendicularly to the rectangular base and the upper radially-concave wall as well as the front and rear rectangular walls. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1-8 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a solid with a rectangular base, the lower vertical walls of which pass with gentle radii into obtuse walls, covered from above with a radially-concave wall so that in the front and side view it has shapes close to trapeziums, - it has the shape of a solid with a rectangular base, the lower vertical walls of which the front and rear the rear side passes with gentle rays into obtuse walls, and its side walls are situated perpendicularly to the base, with all these walls being covered from above by a radially concave wall, - the rectangular flat base of the handle has two threaded holes situated near its ends, - the upper horizontal and side edges of the handle are rounded.
