Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt bryly skorupowej o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu, posiadajacego na scianie frontowej i tylnej identyczne lukowe zaglebienia usytuowane naprzeciw siebie tak, ze w widoku od spodu uchwyt ten ma ksztalt zblizony do cyfry „8", której konce zaopatrzone sa w dwie tulejki. Boczne pionowe promieniowe sciany uchwytu zwienczone sa swymi górnymi koncami pozioma promieniowa jego sciana tworzac usytuowane pod katem 45° krawedzie ich styku, których konce polaczone sa z soba obustronnie krawedziami poziomymi, przy czym w osi symetrii poziomej promieniowej sciany znajduja sie trzy ozdobne wglebienia pólkuliste. Ponadto, pozioma promieniowa sciana uchwytu ponizej poziomych ich krawedzi przechodzi plynnie w kierunku zaglebien na scianie frontowej i tylnej tworzac trójkatne linie podzialu lezace na przedluzeniu krawedzi styku promieniowych scian pionowych i promieniowej sciany poziomej. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle viewed from below, and Fig. 3 - the same handle in a vertical cross-section along the line A-A. The furniture handle has the shape of a shell-like solid, similar to a flattened cuboid, with identical arc-shaped recesses on the front and back walls, positioned opposite each other, so that when viewed from below, the handle resembles the figure "8," the ends of which are provided with two sleeves. The vertical radial side walls of the handle are topped with their upper ends by a horizontal radial wall, forming their meeting edges at a 45° angle. The ends of these edges are connected on both sides by horizontal edges. The axis of symmetry of the horizontal radial wall contains three decorative hemispherical recesses. Furthermore, the horizontal radial wall of the handle flows smoothly below the horizontal edges towards the recesses on the front and rear walls, creating triangular dividing lines lying on the extension of the meeting edges of the radial vertical walls and the radial horizontal wall. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle in the shape of a shell-shaped solid with a shape similar to a flattened cuboid, shown in the attached drawing fig. 1-3, is characterized by the following: - on the front and back walls it has identical arc-shaped recesses situated opposite each other so that when viewed from below the handle has a shape similar to the number "8", the ends of which are provided with two sleeves; - the side vertical radial walls of the handle are topped with their upper ends by its horizontal radial wall, creating their contact edges situated at a 45° angle, the ends of which are connected to each other on both sides by horizontal edges, wherein the axis of horizontal symmetry of the radial wall contains three decorative semi-spherical recesses; - the horizontal radial wall of the holder below their horizontal edges flows smoothly towards the recesses on the front and rear walls, creating triangular dividing lines lying on the extension of the contact edges of the radial vertical walls and the radial horizontal wall.
