Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter uchwytu meblowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwie prostopadle usytuowane wzgledem siebie bryly tworzace jeden monolit, przy czym jedna z nich o mniejszych wymiarach gabarytowych stanowi korpus klinowy o zaokraglonych jego krawedziach pionowych, a druga spoczywajaca na górnej prostokatnej powierzchni bryly klinowej stanowi bryla o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z lekko wypukla jego górna powierzchnia, przy czym bryla klinowa usytuowana jest koncentrycznie wzgledem górnej poziomo usytuowanej splaszczonej bryly prostopadlosciennej. Wewnatrz bryly klinowej w poblizu jej bocznych wezszych scian znajduja sie dwie pionowo usytuowane tulejki montazowe, pomiedzy którymi oraz tymi scianami wykonane sa kanaly prostokatne z zaokraglonym jednym bokiem, przy czym szersze kanaly srodkowe oddzielone sa od siebie pionowym zebrem usztywniajacym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy zlozony z dwóch prostopadle usytuowanych wzgledem siebie bryl tworzacych razem jeden monolit uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - jedna z bryl o mniejszych wymiarach gabarytowych stanowi korpus klinowy o zaokraglonych jego krawedziach pionowych, a druga spoczywajaca na górnej prostokatnej powierzchni bryly klinowej stanowibryla o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z lekko wypukla jego górna powierzchnia, przy czym bryla klinowa usytuowana jest koncentrycznie wzgledem górnej poziomo usytuowanej splaszczonej bryly prostopadlosciennej; - wewnatrz bryly klinowej w poblizu jej bocznych wezszych scian znajduja sie dwie pionowo usytuowane tulejki montazowe, pomiedzy którymi oraz tymi scianami wykonane sa kanaly prostokatne z zaokraglonym jednym bokiem, przy czym szersze kanaly srodkowe oddzielone sa od siebie pionowym zebrem usztywniajacym. The new form and original character of the furniture handle are evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a bottom view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design consists of two solids situated perpendicularly to each other, forming one monolith, where one of them, with smaller overall dimensions, is a wedge-shaped body with rounded vertical edges, and the other one, resting on the upper rectangular surface of the wedge-shaped solid, is a solid with a shape similar to a flattened cuboid with its slightly convex upper surface, where the wedge-shaped solid is situated concentrically to the upper horizontally situated flattened cuboid. Inside the wedge-shaped body, near its narrower side walls, there are two vertically positioned mounting sleeves, between which and these walls there are rectangular channels with one side rounded, with the wider central channels separated from each other by a vertical stiffening rib. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle composed of two solids arranged perpendicularly to each other, together forming one monolith shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-4, is characterized by the following: - one of the solids with smaller overall dimensions is a wedge-shaped body with rounded vertical edges, and the other, resting on the upper rectangular surface of the wedge-shaped solid, is a solid with a shape similar to a flattened cuboid with its slightly convex upper surface, wherein the wedge-shaped solid is situated concentrically to the upper horizontally arranged flattened cuboid; - inside the wedge-shaped body, near its narrower side walls, there are two vertically positioned mounting sleeves, between which and these walls there are rectangular channels with one rounded side, with the wider central channels separated from each other by a vertical stiffening rib.
