Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wyrobu cukierni- czego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wyrób cu- kierniczy w widoku perspektywicznym , fig.2- wyrób cukierni- czy w widoku z boku, fig.3- wyrób cukierniczy w widoku z gó- ry, a fig.4- wyrób cukierniczy w widoku z przodu. Wyrób cukierniczy majacy postac bryly, wedlug wzo- ru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym ,ze bryla ma postacniereguralna, w widoku z boku wzdluz swojej wysokosci ma gru- bosc zmienna zmniejszajaca sie ku górze , natomiast u dolu- grubosc na krótkim odcinku zmniejsza sie ku dolowi lagodnymi lukami, z których lewy ma mniejszy promien krzywizny , jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig 2., w widoku z góry (fig.3) bryla ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z uwypuklony- mi dluzszymi bokami,w widoku z przodu (fig.4) ksztalt bryly zblizony jest do ksztaltu ziarna fasoli.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PLConfectionery Product The design registration right is valid from: 6 September 2001 Priority: 6 March 2001 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a confectionery product. The essence of the design is a new form of the confectionery product, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the confectionery product in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the confectionery product in a side view, fig. 3 - the confectionery product in a top view, and fig. 4 - the confectionery product in a front view. A confectionery product in the form of a block, according to an industrial design, is characterized by the fact that the block has a regular shape, in a side view along its height it has a variable thickness decreasing upwards, while at the bottom - the thickness on a short section decreases downwards with gentle arcs, of which the left one has a smaller radius of curvature, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2, in a top view (Fig. 3) the block has a shape similar to a rectangle with emphasized longer sides, in a front view (Fig. 4) the shape of the block is similar to the shape of a bean.
