Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia stos wkladek higienicznych w rzucieperspektywicznym z boku, a fig. 2 widok stosu wkladek higienicznych w zarysie opakowania. Stos wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt przypominajacy swym wygladem walec eliptyczny z wglebieniem w jednej z bocznych scian. Stos stanowi 30 wkladek higienicznych. Wkladki higieniczne o ksztalcie podluznym zwezajacym sie ku dolowi, ulozone sa wzgledem siebie w taki sposób, ze kazdy wewnetrzny element stosu przylega do sasiednich elementów naprzemiennie, tzn. góra kazdego z elementów przylega do dolów sasiednich elementów, a dól kazdego elementu przylega do gór sasiednich elementów, przy czym podstawa stosu wkladek wyznaczona jest przez jeden z dluzszych brzegów wszystkich wkladek higienicznych. PL PL PLStack of Panty Liners The industrial design registration right has been in effect since November 8, 2001. The subject of the industrial design is a stack of panty liners. The essence of the design is the new form of the object manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a stack of panty liners in a perspective side view, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the stack of panty liners in the outline of the packaging. According to the design, the stack has a shape resembling an elliptical cylinder with a recess in one of the side walls. The stack consists of 30 panty liners. Panty liners, elongated and tapering towards the bottom, are arranged in such a way that each inner element of the stack is adjacent to the adjacent elements in an alternating manner, i.e. the top of each element is adjacent to the bottoms of the adjacent elements, and the bottom of each element is adjacent to the tops of the adjacent elements, with the base of the stack of panty liners being defined by one of the longer edges of all the panty liners.
