Opakowanie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 13.03.2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie w postaci dwuczesciowego pudelka, przeznaczonego na czekoladki lub inne wyroby cukiernicze. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac opakowania, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek perspektywiczny pudelka z uniesionym wieczkiem, fig.2 - widok z boku pudelka z nalozonym wieczkiem, fig 3 - widok pudelka z góry,fig 4 - przedstawia rysunek perspektywiczny odmiany pudelka z uniesionym wiecz- kiem, fig 5 - widok z boku odmiany pudelka z nalozonym wieczkiem, fig.6 - widok odmiany pudelka z góry. Opakowanie w postaci dwuczesciowego pudelka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zarówno pudelko wlasciwe jak i wieczko pudelka w widoku z góry maja ksztalt o zarysie osmiokata w postaci kwadratu ze scietymi narozami, którego wszyst- kie katy sa równe, a przeciwlegle boki sa sobie równe i do siebie równolegle, zas wy- sokosc wieczka jest w przyblizeniu równa wysokosci pudelka wlasciwego i wynosi w przyblizeniu 1/2 dlugosci dluzszych boków osmiokata, a w odmianie pudelka wed- lug wzoru wysokosc wieczka i pudelka wlasciwego wynosi w przyblizeniu 1/3 dlu- gosci dluzszych boków osmiokata. The packaging in the form of a two-part box according to the pattern is characterized in that both the box itself and the box lid, when viewed from above, have the shape of an octagon in the form of a square with cut corners, all angles of which are equal and opposite sides are equal and parallel to each other, while the height of the lid is approximately equal to the height of the box itself and is approximately 1/2 of the length of the longer sides of the octagon, and in the box variant according to the pattern, the height of the lid and the box itself is approximately 1/3 of the length of the longer sides of the octagon.
