OPAKOWANIE Prawo z rejestru wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 6 kwietnia 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac opakowania na slodycze przejawiajaca sie w szacie graficznej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac pudelka w ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa o podstawie prostokatnej. Na wierzchu opakowania umieszczono stylizowany napis „Zlota siódemka". Na kazdym z czterech trapezów równobocznych stanowiacych boki opakowania umieszczono ilustracje przedstawiajaca przepolowiona czekoladke z wisnia w srodku. Do pudelka wsuwana jest wkladka stanowiaca rozlaczna czesc opakowania równiez w ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa o podstawie prostokatnej posiadajaca na górnej powierzchni siedem gniazd sluzacych do umieszczania w nich slodyczy. Calosc tzn. pudelko i wkladke wykonano w kolorze zlotym co podnioslo estetyke wyrobu. PL PLPACKAGING The right in the ornamental design register has been in effect since April 6, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is the packaging. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of confectionery packaging, manifested in the graphic design. The subject of the ornamental design is visible in the attached photograph. The packaging, according to the ornamental design, is in the form of a box in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base. A stylized inscription "Golden Seven" is placed on the top of the packaging. Each of the four equilateral trapezoids constituting the sides of the packaging features an illustration of a halved chocolate with a cherry inside. An insert, also in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base and with seven slots on the top surface for placing sweets, is inserted into the box. The entire package, including the box and insert, is gold-colored, enhancing the aesthetics of the product.
