Opakowanie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 29.11.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie przeznaczone zwlaszcza dla drobnych przedmiotów. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu,przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz elementach ozdobnych umieszczonych na niej. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonych fotografiach na których Fig. 1 przedstawia widok czolowo-boczny a Fig.2 widok z góry. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu , którego podstawa jest kwadrat. W czesci górnej ksztalt opakowania zblizony jest do graniastoslupa zakonczonego elementem ozdobnym w postaci czterech zarysów o ksztalcie serca. Zarysy o ksztalcie serca po dwa znajduja sie w obwolucie a na ich powierzchni umieszczony jest element przypominajacy swym wygladem kwiaty . Boczne powierzchnie prostopadloscianu maja obwoluty w kolorze obwoluty otaczajacej zarys o ksztalcie dwóch serc i elementów kwiatów umieszczonych przy krawedzi zewnetrznej. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested in the shape of the surface and the decorative elements placed on it. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a frontal-side view and Fig. 2 a top view. The packaging, according to the design, has the shape of a cuboid with a square base. In the upper part, the shape of the packaging resembles a prism, topped with a decorative element in the form of four heart-shaped outlines. Two of the heart-shaped outlines are located in the wrapper, and on their surface is an element resembling flowers. The side surfaces of the cuboid have dust jackets in the same color as the dust jacket, surrounding an outline in the shape of two hearts and floral elements placed at the outer edge. PL PL PL
