Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac motywu dekoracyjnego bielizny stolowej zawierajacej obrus, bieznik, serwetki, nakladke przejawiajaca r sie w ukladzie linii, barw, ornamentacji i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Motyw dekoracyjny naniesiony na obrusie z elementami ozdobnymi, posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zdobienia stanowiacego uklad choinek, swieczek i prezentów umieszczonych wzdluz dolnej czesci obrusu, przy czym elementy te polaczone sa po wywijana linia, wzdluz której umieszczone sa gwiazdki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 -4. Motyw dekoracyjny przedstawiony na fig 1 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zdobienia zawierajacego choinke, swieczki i prezent umieszczonych w taki sposób, ze choinka znajduje sie w kazdym rogu i w srodkowej czesci krótszego boku oraz po dwie na dluzszym boku. Wokól choinek umieszczonych w rogach znajduja sie swieczki i prezenty, zas wszystkie te elementy polaczone sa po wywijan a linia Na krótszym boku - pomiedzy prezentami a choinka umieszczona w srodkowej czesci boku znajduja sie gwiazdki. W srodkowej czesci dluzszego boku umieszczony jest element dekoracyjny w postaci swieczki i prezentów polaczonych powyginana linia Pomiedzy elementem ozdobnym w postaci prezentu umieszczonego w srodkowej czesci i w elemencie naroznym umieszczone sa gwiazdki i choinka. W srodkowej czesci obrusa umieszczone jest zdobienie w postaci prezentów otoczonychgwiazdkami.. W odmianie wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na fig 2 motyw dekoracyjny posiada cechy istotne w postaci zdobienia umieszczonego w narozu bielizny stolowej w postaci elementu choinki ze swieczkami, zas w centralnej czesci kazdego boku znajduje sie zdobienie w postaci prezentu. Wszystkie elementy ozdobne naroznego zdobienia polaczone sa powyginana linia. Pomiedzy swieczkami a prezentem umieszczone sa gwiazdki, przy czym gwiazdki znajduja sie równiez w srodkowej czesci obrusa. W odmianie wzoru przemyslowego dotyczacego motywu dekoracyjnego bielizny stolowej przedstawionego na fig 3, motyw dekoracyjny posiada cechy istotne w postaci zdobienia umieszczonego w narozu bielizny stolowej w postaci elementu choinki ze swieczkami, zas w centralnej czesci jednego boku znajduje sie zdobienie w postaci prezentu, zas drugiego boku tylko w postaci swieczek. Wszystkie elementy ozdobne naroznego zdobienia polaczone sa powyginana linia Pomiedzy charakterystycznymi elementami zdobienia umieszczone sa gwiazdki, przy czym gwiazdki znajduja sie równiez w srodkowej czesci wyrobu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig.3 . W odmianie wzoru przemyslowego dotyczacego motywu dekoracyjnego bielizny stolowej przedstawionego na fig 4, motyw dekoracyjny posiada cechy istotne w postaci zdobienia umieszczonego w narozu bielizny stolowej w postaci elementu choinki ze swieczkami, zas wzdluz boków znajduje sie zdobienie w postaci swieczek. Wszystkie elementy ozdobne naroznego zdobienia polaczone sa powyginana linia Pomiedzy charakterystycznymi elementami zdobienia umieszczone sa gwiazdki, przy czym gwiazdki znajduja sie równiez w srodkowej czesci wyrobu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 4 . Motyw dekoracyjny bielizny stolowej moze byc dowolnej wielkosci oraz dowolnego ksztaltu. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a decorative motif for table linen comprising a tablecloth, table runner, napkins, and an overlay, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, colors, ornamentation, and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The decorative motif applied to the tablecloth with decorative elements possesses significant industrial design features in the form of a decoration consisting of an arrangement of Christmas trees, candles, and presents placed along the bottom of the tablecloth, with these elements connected by a curved line along which stars are placed, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-4. The decorative motif depicted in Fig. 1 possesses significant industrial design features in the form of a decoration comprising a Christmas tree, candles, and a present placed so that a Christmas tree is located in each corner and in the center of the shorter side, and two on each longer side. Candles and presents are placed around the Christmas trees placed in the corners, and all these elements are connected by a curved line. On the shorter side, between the presents and the Christmas tree placed in the center of the side, there are stars. In the center of the longer side, there is a decorative element in the form of a candle and presents connected by a curved line. Between the decorative element in the form of a present placed in the center and the corner element, there are stars and a Christmas tree. In the center of the tablecloth, there is a decoration in the form of presents surrounded by stars. In the variation of the industrial design shown in Figure 2, the decorative motif has significant features in the form of an ornament placed in the corner of the tablecloth in the form of a Christmas tree with candles, while in the center of each side there is a decoration in the form of a present. All decorative elements of the corner decoration are connected by a curved line. Stars are placed between the candles and the gift, and the stars are also found in the central part of the tablecloth. In the variation of the industrial design for the decorative tablecloth motif shown in Figure 3, the decorative motif has significant features in the form of a Christmas tree with candles placed in the corner of the tablecloth, while the central part of one side features a gift, while the other side features only candles. All decorative elements of the corner decoration are connected by a curved line. Stars are placed between the characteristic decorative elements, and the stars are also found in the central part of the product, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 3. In the variation of the industrial design for the decorative table linen motif shown in Figure 4, the decorative motif has significant features in the form of a Christmas tree with candles placed in the corner of the table linen, while candles are placed along the sides. All decorative elements of the corner decoration are connected by a curved line. Stars are placed between the characteristic decorative elements, with stars also found in the central part of the product, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 4.
