Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac motywu dekoracyjnego bielizny stolowej zawierajacej obms, bieznik, serwetki, nakladke przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barw, ornamentacji i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Motyw dekoracyjny bielizny stolowej z naniesionymi elementami ozdobnymi posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zdobienia zawierajacego kwiaty z liscmi i galazkami choinki, bombki i dzwonki umieszczone wzdluz dolnej czesci wyrobu, przy czym elementy te znajduja sie pomiedzy, stylizowanymi powyginanymi linii, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1-3 . PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a new and original form of decorative tableware motif, comprising a tablecloth, table runner, napkins, and an overlay, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, colors, ornamentation, and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The decorative tableware motif with applied decorative elements possesses essential industrial design features in the form of decoration comprising flowers with leaves and branches of a Christmas tree, baubles, and bells placed along the bottom of the product, with these elements positioned between stylized, curved lines, as shown in the attached drawing, figs 1-3. The decorative motif shown in Figure 1 has essential industrial design features in the form of large flowers with leaves and Christmas tree branches placed in all corners, while the center of the shorter side features interconnected baubles, while along the longer side are symmetrically arranged ornaments in the form of interconnected baubles, with interconnected bells placed between them. The entire design is placed on a wide, stylized strip of curved lines, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 1. The decorative motif shown on the table linen, Figure 2, has essential industrial design features in the form of large flowers with leaves placed in all corners, while in the center of the sides are two interconnected baubles.
