Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w róznych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - ilustrujacym naczynie z ornamentem i ornament w powiekszeniu oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - prezentujacej ornament naczynia w widoku ogólnym. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie posiada ornament, który stanowi motyw dekoracyjny 1, rozciagajacy sie wzdluz krawedzi. Motyw dekoracyjny 1 tworzy linia 2 w kolorze zlotym, zakreslajaca krawedz naczynia, graniczaca ze szlaczkiem 3. Szlaczek jest w kolorze bezowym, cieniowanym przypominajacym w swej formie fakture naturalnego kamienia. Naszlaczku 3 sa rozmieszczone jasne dekoracje 4. Dekoracje 4 maja forme fantazyjnych galazek i lisci. Niektóre z galazek i lisci wychodza poza bezowe, cieniowane pole szlaczka 3. The item is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the dish with the ornament and the ornament enlarged, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, presenting the ornament from a general view. The dish is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the dish has an ornament, which constitutes a decorative motif 1, extending along the edge. Decorative motif 1 is created by line 2 in gold, outlining the edge of the vessel and bordering pattern 3. The pattern is beige, shaded, resembling the texture of natural stone. Light decorations 4 are arranged on pattern 3. Decorations 4 take the form of fanciful twigs and leaves. Some of the twigs and leaves extend beyond the beige, shaded area of pattern 3.
