Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - prezentujacym naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej fragment zdobienia naczynia w zblizeniu. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze obrzeze naczynia stolowego jest zaokraglone i obwiedzione linia 1 w kolorze srebrnym. Do linii 1 przylega szlaczek 2, ograniczony po przeciwnej stronie linii 1, srebrna, obwodowa linia 3. Powierzchnia szlaczka 2 pomiedzy obwodowymi liniami 1 i 3 ma chropowata fakture i jest w kolorze jasno-szarym polyskujacym. Na jasno-szarej, polyskujacej powierzchni szlaczka 2, pomiedzy obwodowymi liniami 1 i 3 sa rozmieszczone lukowo wyprofilowane linie 4. Linie 4 przecinaja sie wzajemnie i schodzace ze soba tworzac wierzcholki przy . obwodowych liniach \ i 3. The industrial design is for tableware used in households, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The design is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, showing the vessel in a general top view, and in the attached photograph, fig. 2, illustrating a close-up of a fragment of the vessel's decoration. The vessel is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Significant features of the industrial design include that the rim of the tableware is rounded and outlined with a silver line 1. Adjacent to line 1 is a pattern 2, bounded on the opposite side of line 1 by a silver, circumferential line 3. The surface of pattern 2 between circumferential lines 1 and 3 has a rough texture and is shiny light gray. On the light gray, shiny surface of pattern 2, between circumferential lines 1 and 3, arc-shaped lines 4 are arranged. Lines 4 intersect and converge, forming peaks at circumferential lines 1 and 3. Arc-shaped lines 4 and silver circumferential lines 1 and 3 are preferably made of a thin layer of platinum, which, depending on the angle of incidence of the rays, shines silver or gold.
