Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w róznych zakladach zywienia Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.I - ilustrujacym naczynie z ornamentem i ornament w powiekszeniu oraz na fotografii, flg.2 - prezentujacej ornament naczynia w widoku ogólnym. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie posiada ornament, która stanowi motyw dekoracyjny 1, rozciagajacy sie wzdluz krawedzi. Motyw dekoracyjny 1 tworzy szlaczek 2, na który sklada sie linia w kolorze zlotym zakreslajaca krawedz naczynia, nastepnie przylegajacy do tej linii turkusowy pas a od wewnetrznej strony naczynia motyw 3. Motyw 3 tworza dwie równolegle linie, pomiedzy którymi sa umieszczone jedna obok drugiej kropeczki. Do motywu 3 od srodka naczynia przylegaja, rozmieszczoneparami, w pewnych odleglosciach jedna od drugiej dekoracje 4. Dekoracje 4 maja forme rozchylonych na boki listków, pomiedzy którymi sa umieszczone kropki. Pomiedzy dekoracjami 4 tej samej pary znajduje sie kropka. Od szlaczka 3, w kierunku srodka naczynia sa rozmieszczone równolegle do tego szlaczka 3[ rysunki 5. Rysunki § przedstawiaja galazki drobnych kwiatków. Galazki i niektóre listki sa w kolorze szarym o róznych odcieniach. Niektóre listki sa zielone cieniowane a kwiatki blado-rózowe i niebieskie.Fig.1Fig.2 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a tableware item used in households, restaurants, and various catering establishments. The item is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, fig. I, illustrating the dish with the ornament and the ornament enlarged, and in the photograph, fig. 2, presenting the ornament from a general view. The dish is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the dish has an ornament, which constitutes a decorative motif 1, extending along the edge. Decorative motif 1 is created by pattern 2, which consists of a golden line marking the edge of the vessel, then a turquoise stripe adjacent to this line, and motif 3 on the inside of the vessel. Motif 3 is formed by two parallel lines, between which dots are placed, one next to the other. Decorations 4, arranged in pairs and spaced apart from each other, are adjacent to motif 3 from the center of the vessel. Decorations 4 have the form of leaves spread out to the sides, between which dots are placed. Between decorations 4 of the same pair is a dot. From pattern 3, towards the center of the vessel, 3[ drawings 5 are placed parallel to this pattern. Drawings § depict sprigs of small flowers.
