Naczynie stolowe Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 14 sierpnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, przeznaczone do podawania róznorodnych posilków i napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, prezentujacym naczynie wraz ze szczególem ornamentu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej ornament na naczyniu w zblizeniu.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie stolowe, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 ma zaokraglona krawedz i jest zaopatrzone wokól tej krawedzi w ornament. Ornament naczynia stanowi obwodowy, blyszczacy pasek na obrzezu. Przylega on do blyszczacego, obwodowego paska w nieco innym odcieniu niz zewnetrzny pasek. Na wewnetrznym pasku sa rozmieszczone w pewnej odleglosci jedna od drugiej, jasniejsze niz tlo kropki. Taki sam pasek rozciaga sie od wewnetrznej strony naczynia. Pomiedzy paskami z umieszczonymi na nich kropkami znajduje sie szlaczek. Szlaczek posiada zdobienia motywami graficznymi, przedstawiajacymi kontury stylizowanych roslin i kwiatów. The industrial design is a tableware intended for serving a variety of meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the tableware with a detail of the ornament, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating a close-up of the ornament on the tableware. The essential features of the industrial design include that the tableware, in accordance with the industrial design, shown in drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, has a rounded edge and is provided with an ornament around this edge. The ornament on the tableware is a circumferential, shiny stripe on the rim. It adheres to a shiny, circumferential stripe in a slightly different shade than the outer stripe. The inner stripe features dots spaced apart, lighter than the background. A similar stripe extends from the inside of the vessel. Between the dotted stripes is a border. The border is decorated with graphic motifs depicting the outlines of stylized plants and flowers. The decorations are lighter than the border's background. Ergo International Sp. z o.o.
