Naczynie stolowe Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 14 sierpnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, przeznaczone do podawania róznorodnych posilków i napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, prezentujacym naczynie wraz ze szczególem ornamentu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej ornament na naczyniu w zblizeniu.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie stolowe, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 ma zaokraglona krawedz i jest zaopatrzone wokól tej krawedzi w ornament. Na ornament naczynia sklada sie obwodowy, blyszczacy pasek na obrzezu, przylegajacy do obwodowego, blyszczacego paska w nieco innym odcieniu. Na pasku usytuowanym od wewnatrz sa rozmieszczone w pewnej odleglosci jedna od drugiej, jasniejsze nieco niz tlo kropki. Pasek ten graniczy ze szlaczkiem w kolorze kremowym. Zdobienie szlaczka stanowia ukladajace sie w formie zachodzacych na siebie i przenikajacych sie wzajemnie wsteg, utworzonych z dwóch, równoleglych wzgledem siebie linii. Wstegi na zewnetrznych krawedziach sa wyprofilowane lukowo i wierzcholkiem wybrzuszenia dotykaja do obwodowej, blyszczacej linii. W przestrzeniach utworzonych pomiedzy falujacymi, stylizowanymi wstegami sa rozmieszczone figury geometryczne. Figury te maja zarys rombów, podzielonych na mniejsze romby, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie krzyzujace sie linie. Od wewnetrznej strony szlaczek ogranicza waski pasek z rozmieszczonymi w pewnych odleglosciach jedna od drugiej kropkami. Skrajna, wewnetrzna krawedz ornamentu stanowi blyszczacy szlaczek, przypominajacy w swej formie stylizowana spirale.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since August 14, 2003. The industrial design is a tableware intended for serving a variety of meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the tableware with a detail of the ornament, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating a close-up of the ornament on the tableware. The essential features of the industrial design include that the tableware, in accordance with the industrial design, shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, has a rounded edge and is provided with an ornament around that edge. The vessel's ornamentation consists of a glossy peripheral stripe on the rim, adjacent to a glossy peripheral stripe in a slightly different shade. The inner stripe features dots spaced apart, slightly lighter than the background. This stripe borders a cream-colored border. The border is decorated in the form of overlapping and interpenetrating ribbons, formed by two parallel lines. The ribbons on the outer edges are arc-shaped, with the bulges touching the glossy peripheral line with their apexes. Geometric figures are placed in the spaces created between the wavy, stylized ribbons. These figures have the outline of rhombuses, divided into smaller rhombuses, with intersecting lines between them. On the inside, the pattern is bordered by a narrow stripe of spaced-apart dots. The outermost, inner edge of the ornament is a shiny pattern resembling a stylized spiral. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
