Naczynie stolowe Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 14 sierpnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, przeznaczone do podawania róznorodnych posilków i napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, prezentujacym naczynie wraz ze szczególem ornamentu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej ornament na naczyniu w zblizeniu.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie stolowe, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 ma zaokraglona krawedz i jest zaopatrzone wokól zewnetrznej krawedzi w ornament. Ornament naczynia stanowi obwodowy, blyszczacy pasek na obrzezu. Pasek ten graniczy ze szlaczkiem. Szlaczek jest podzielony na czesci motywami graficznym, przypominajacymi w swej formie szachownice, utworzona z figur w kolorze czarnym i zlotym. Pomiedzy szachownicami zdobienie szlaczka tworza rozciagajace sie jeden nad drugim lukowo wygiete pasy. Sa one oddzielone od siebie paskiem z ukosnymi zdobieniami. The industrial design is a tableware intended for serving a variety of meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the tableware with a detail of the ornament, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating a close-up of the ornament on the tableware. The essential features of the industrial design include that the tableware, in accordance with the industrial design, shown in drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, has a rounded edge and is provided with an ornament around the outer edge. The ornament on the tableware is a circumferential, shiny stripe on the rim. This stripe borders a border. The border is divided into sections by graphic motifs resembling a checkerboard, composed of black and gold pieces. Between the checkerboards, the border is decorated with arched stripes stretching one above the other. These stripes are separated by a stripe with diagonal decorations.
