Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobinie. Odmiana bombki wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma kolor srebrno - czarny , jak pokazano na fig. 4.Inna odmiana bombki w ksztalcie pilki przedstawiona na fig.5 ma kolor bra- zowo - czarny. Na powierzchni pierscienia lub tarczy bombki moga byc nanoszone barwne elementy. PL PLBauble The right to register an ornamental design is valid from April 23, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a bauble in the form of a Christmas tree bauble. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the design is presented in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bauble from a side view. Fig. 2 shows the bauble from Fig. 1 rotated 180°. Fig. 3 shows the bauble from Fig. 1 rotated 90° in an oblique view from above. Fig. 4 shows a version of the bauble in a view similar to the one in Fig. 3, and Fig. 5 shows another version of the bauble in a view similar to the one in Fig. 3. The bauble, according to the decorative pattern, has a pendant at the top and is in the shape of a ball, which on its spherical surface has recesses in the shape of regular hexagons touching each other sideways, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, imitating the patches of a ball, and on the side surface it has recesses forming a disc, as shown in Fig. 2, and recesses forming a ring placed obliquely on the surface, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The bauble shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 3 imitates a ball and is golden in color, and the peripheral recesses and every other surface of the hexagons are black. The ornamental design is silver and black, as shown in Figure 4. Another ball-shaped ornament, shown in Figure 5, is brown and black. Colored elements may be applied to the surface of the ring or disc.
