Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac kompletu bizuterii - pierscionka, zawieszki i kolczyków - przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i ametystem. Pierscionek wg wzoru zbudowany jak zawieszka. Szyna gladka lekko pólokragla rozcieta w poziomie przy oprawie i rozchylona. (Fig. 1 , 1a, 1b) Zawieszka wg wzoru posiada kwadratowy kamien o wypuklych bokach oprawiony w cztery szerokie krapy i otoczony brzegiem wysadzanym osmioma kamieniami. Kamienie umieszczono na naroznikach i posrodku boków. Miedzy kamieniami zamarkowane grawerem oprawy kamieni. Calosc osadzona na podbudowie ozdobionej azurem z naprzemiennie ulozonych serduszek. Lekko zwezajace sie gladkie ogniwo przewieszki przylutowane do naroznika podbudowy. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b)2 Kolczyki wedlug wzoru na sztyftach, zbudowane jak zawieszka. Kamienie umieszczono na naroznikach i posrodku boków. Miedzy kamieniami zamarkowane grawerem oprawy kamieni. The essence of an industrial design is the new and unique form of the jewelry set—ring, pendant, and earrings—revealed in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and amethyst. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 3, where Fig. 1 - view of the ring, Fig. 1a - view of the ring setting, Fig. 1b - side view of the ring, Fig. 2 - view of the pendant, Fig. 2a - side view of the pendant, Fig. 2b - back view of the pendant, Fig. 3 - view of the earrings, Fig. 3a - front and side views of the earrings, Fig. 3b - back view of the earrings. The ring according to the design is built like a pendant. The smooth, slightly semicircular band is slit horizontally at the setting and parted. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) The pendant according to the design has a square stone with convex sides set in four wide spots and surrounded by a rim set with eight stones. The stones are placed on the corners and in the center of the sides. Engraved stone settings are marked between the stones. The entire piece rests on a base decorated with azure, made of alternating hearts. A slightly tapered, smooth pendant link is soldered to the base's corner. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b) Earrings based on the stud pattern, constructed like a pendant. (Fig. 3, 3a, 3b) Significant features of the industrial design: a unique jewelry set – a ring, pendant, and earrings – characteristically composed, each featuring a square stone with convex sides, set in four wide dots and surrounded by a rim set with eight stones. The stones are placed on the corners and in the center of the sides. Engraved stone settings are marked between the stones.
