Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac kompletu bizuterii - pierscionek, zawieszka i kolczyk, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i topazami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, na Fig. 1a - widok oprawy pierscionka, na Fig. 1 b - widok pierscionka z boku, na Fig. 2 - widok zawieszki, na Fig. 2a - widok zawieszki z boku, na Fig. 2b - widok zawieszki z tylu, na Fig. 3 - widok kolczyków, na Fig. 3a - widok kolczyków z boku i tylu, Pierscionek wg wzoru posiada ujecie kamienia takie jak w zawieszce, z tym ze przepaska nie tworzy przewieszki ale schodzac w dól tworzy szyne i wracajac do góry tez kladzie sie koncówka na tafli kamienia. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) Zawieszka wg wzoru posiada duzy kamien owalny objety z jednej strony wychodzaca od spodu przepaska która lukiem przechodzi do góry i tworzac petle przewieszki wraca dolem pod kamieniem, zakreca ku górze i kladzie sie na tafli kamienia. Z drugiej strony kamien mocowany jest wychodzacym spod kamienia jak gdyby fragmentem pelnej oprawy. W czesci stanowiacej przewieszke przepaska ozdobiona grawerem imitujacym oprawione w korony kamienie. Dwa kamienie prawdziwe. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b)2 Kolczyki wedlug wzoru zbudowane jak zawieszka, jednak zamiast elementu przewieszki jest ogniwko, które laczy sie górna ruchoma czescia ze sztyftem. Koncówka kolczyka i element ruchomy ozdobione grawerem imitujacym oprawione w korny kamienie. Jeden kamien w czesci górnej zawieszki prawdziwy (Fig. 3, 3a) Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: posiadajacy indywidualny charakter komplet bizuterii - pierscionek, zawieszka i kolczyki - charakterystycznie skomponowany, gdzie poszczególne elementy maja duzy kamien owalny objety z jednej strony wychodzaca od spodu przepaska która lukiem przechodzi do góry i wraca dolem pod kamieniem, zakreca ku górze i kladzie sie na tafli kamienia. The essence of an industrial design is the new and unique form of the jewelry set—ring, pendant, and earring—revealed in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and topaz. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where in Fig. 1 - view of the ring, in Fig. 1a - view of the ring setting, in Fig. 1 b - side view of the ring, in Fig. 2 - view of the pendant, in Fig. 2a - side view of the pendant, in Fig. 2b - back view of the pendant, in Fig. 3 - view of the earrings, in Fig. 3a - side and back views of the earrings. The ring according to the design has a stone attachment similar to that of the pendant, but the band does not form a pendant but goes down it forms a rail and when coming back up it also rests with its tip on the stone surface. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) The pendant according to the pattern has a large oval stone, enclosed on one side by a band extending from the bottom, which arches upwards and forms a loop for the pendant. It then returns below the stone, curves upwards, and rests on the stone's surface. On the other side, the stone is attached by a fragment of a full setting extending from beneath the stone. The band is decorated with engraving imitating crown-set stones. Two real stones. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b)2 The earrings according to the pattern are constructed like a pendant, but instead of a pendant element, there is a link that connects to the stud with the upper, movable part. The earring tip and the movable element are decorated with engraving imitating crown-set stones. One stone in the upper part of the pendant is genuine (Fig. 3, 3a). Significant features of the industrial design: a unique jewelry set – a ring, pendant, and earrings – characteristically composed, where the individual elements feature a large oval stone, enclosed on one side by a band extending from the bottom, which arches upward and returns below the stone, curves upward, and rests on the stone surface.
