Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac wazonu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1, na którym pokazano przedmiot wzoru. Wazon wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne w postaci matowej bryly z otworem w górnej powierzchni, z przezroczystym polem na powierzchni bocznej, na którym posiada sylwetek zwierzat, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1.
