Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ornamencie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, prezentujacym naczynie wraz ze szczególem ornamentu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2. Fotografia ilustruje ornament na naczyniu w zblizeniu.Naczynie stolowe, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i fotografii, fig.2, ma zaokraglone obrzeze i jest wyposazone w ornament. Zewnetrzna krawedz naczynia jest obwiedziona blyszczaca linia, przechodzaca w matowy szlaczek. Szlaczek tworza rozmieszczone jeden za drugim stylizowane kwiatki, przy czym wierzcholki kwiatków poszczególnych par sa skierowane w przeciwna strone. Dolna krawedz tego szlaczka laczy sie z obwodowym tlem w kolorze kobaltu, ograniczonego szlaczkiem. Szlaczek ten ma zarys lisci i kwiatów ukladajacych sie w obwodowy, miejscami poszerzony wieniec. Ponizej tego wienca na sciance naczynia sa rozmieszczone promieniscie wzdluzne wypuklosci laczace sie ze szlaczkiem. Dolny szlaczek ma taka sama forme jak górny szlaczek. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, manifested in ornamentation, suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the tableware with a detail of the ornament, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2. The photograph illustrates a close-up of the ornament on the tableware. The tableware, according to the industrial design, shown in drawing, Fig. 1 and photograph, Fig. 2, has a rounded rim and is equipped with an ornament. The outer edge of the tableware is bordered with a glossy line, fading into a matte border. The border is formed by stylized flowers arranged one behind the other, with the tips of each pair of flowers pointing in opposite directions. The lower edge of this pattern connects to the peripheral cobalt-colored background, bordered by a border. This pattern has the outline of leaves and flowers forming a circumferential, occasionally widened wreath. Below this wreath, radiating longitudinal protrusions connect to the pattern on the vessel wall. The lower pattern has the same form as the upper pattern.
