Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w róznych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - ilustrujacym naczynie z ornamentem i ornament w powiekszeniu oraz na fotografii, fig. 2 - prezentujacej ornament naczynia w widoku ogólnym. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie posiada ornament, który stanowi motyw dekoracyjny 1, utworzony z rozrzuconych na powierzchni drobnych galazek z listkami i drobnymi kwiatkami. Niektóre kwiatki sa w pakach a niektóre sa rozwiniete. Motyw dekoracyjny 1 od strony krawedzi naczynia jest ograniczony szlaczkiem 2, utworzonym z dwóch równoleglych wzgledem siebie linii, przy czym zewnetrzna linia zakresla krawedz naczynia. Pomiedzy równoleglymi liniami sa umieszczone polaczone zesoba linie, przypominajace w swej formie zygzaki. Od srodka naczynia motyw dekoracyjny 1 jest ograniczony szlaczkiem J. Szlaczek J tworzy linia równolegla do krawedzi naczynia, do której po obu stronach przylegaja rozchylone na boki listki, umieszczone w grupach. Pomiedzy grupami listków, po obu stronach linii znajduja sie kropki.Fig.1Fig.2 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a tableware item used in households, restaurants, and various catering establishments. The item is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the dish with the ornament and the ornament enlarged, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, presenting the ornament from a general view. The dish is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the dish features an ornament, a decorative motif 1, composed of small twigs with leaves and small flowers scattered across the surface. Some of the flowers are in buds, others are open. Decorative motif 1 is bordered by a pattern 2, formed from two parallel lines, with the outer line marking the edge of the vessel. Between the parallel lines are interconnected lines resembling zigzags. From the center of the vessel, decorative motif 1 is bordered by a pattern J. Pattern J is formed by a line parallel to the edge of the vessel, to which, on both sides, are attached, sideways flared leaves arranged in groups.
