Naczynie stolowe Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie do podawania posilków w domach jak równiez w restauracjach. Naczynie moze tez byc przydatne do podawania posilków w róznych innych zakladach zywienia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - ilustrujacym naczynie wyrózniajace sie charakterystycznym zdobieniem oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - prezentujacej ornament naczynia w widoku z góry. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na rysunku, fig. 1 oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze powierzchnia naczynie jest zdobiona rozrzuconymi na powierzchni w sposób nieuporzadkowany pakami róz w róznych odcieniach koloru czerwonego, rózowego, bialego i zóltego. Paki kwiatów sa róznym stopniu rozwiniecia. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating a dish distinguished by its distinctive decoration, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, presenting the dish's ornamentation from above. The dish is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Significant features of the industrial design. Significant features of the industrial design presented in the drawing, Fig. 1, and photograph, Fig. 2, include the vessel's surface decorated with rose buds in various shades of red, pink, white, and yellow, scattered haphazardly across the surface.
