Naczynie stolowe Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach. Naczynie moze tez byc przydatne do podawania posilków w róznych innych zakladach zywienia. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - ilustrujacym naczynie wyrózniajace sie charakterystycznym zdobieniem oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - prezentujacej ornament naczynia w widoku z góry. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na rysunku, fig.1 oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze zdobienie powierzchni naczynia stanowi rysunek, który przedstawia fragment krzewu rózanego. Widoczne sa kwiaty rózy w róznych odcieniach koloru czerwonego i rózowego, charakteryzujace sie róznym stopniem rozwiniecia. Sa to kwiaty w pelni rozwiniete, otwierajace sie paki lub jeszcze zamkniete paki. Oprócz kwiatów widoczne sa liscie w róznymstopniu rozwoju. Niektóre liscie widoczne sa jako przejrzale, zwijajace sie do wewnatrz, inne sa mlode, w pelni rozwoju a inne drobne, waskie, dopiero rozwijajace sie listki. Kolorystyka zdobienia naczynia jest utrzymana w tonacji stylizujacej zmierzch lata lub poczatek jesieni. Ergo International Sp. z o.o. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating a dish distinguished by its distinctive ornamentation, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, presenting the ornamentation of the dish from above. The dish is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Significant Features of the Industrial Design The significant features of the industrial design presented in the drawing, Fig. 1, and the photograph, Fig. 2, include the surface decoration of the dish, which consists of a drawing depicting a fragment of a rose bush. Rose flowers in various shades of red and pink are visible, characterized by varying degrees of development. These include fully developed flowers, buds opening, or still closed buds. In addition to the flowers, leaves are visible in various stages of development. Some leaves are mature and curling inward, others are young and fully developed, and others are small, narrow, just unfolding leaves.
