Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - prezentujacym naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry wraz ze szczególem oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 2 - ilustrujacej fragment zdobieni a naczynia w zblizeniu. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze obrzeze naczynia stolowego jest obwiedzione linia 1 w kolorze zlotym. Do linii 1 w kolorze zlotym przylega waski szlaczek 2, przypominajacy w swej formie skrecony sznurek. Powierzchnia poszczególnych elementów stylizowanego sznurka jest cieniowana. Pomiedzy szlaczkiem 2 a usytuowana ponizej linia 3 w kolorze zlotym rozciaga sie obwodowy wieniec 4. Wieniec 4 jest utworzony z powtarzajacych sie motywów graficznych 5, na które skladaja sie stylizowane kwiaty, formy przypominajace paki kwiatów, liscie oraz lukowo wygiete formy. Motywy graficzne 5 sa nakreslone cienka, ciemna linia Niektóre sposród elementów zdobienia 5 sa wypelnione wewnatrz kolorem w róznych odcieniach brazu i bezu. The industrial design is for tableware used in households, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The design is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the vessel in a general top view with a detail, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating a close-up of a fragment of the vessel's decoration. The vessel is made of glass, preferably porcelain. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the rim of the tableware is outlined with a gold-colored line 1. Adjacent to line 1 is a narrow, golden stripe 2, resembling a twisted string. The surface of each element of the stylized string is shaded. A peripheral wreath 4 extends between the stripe 2 and the golden line 3 below. Wreath 4 is composed of repeating graphic motifs 5, consisting of stylized flowers, forms resembling flower buds, leaves, and arched forms. The graphic motifs 5 are outlined with a thin, dark line. Some of the decorative elements 5 are filled inside with various shades of brown and beige. A peripheral field 6 borders wreath 4, bounded on both sides by golden lines.
