Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - prezentujacym naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry.Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Obrzeze naczynia stolowego jest ozdobione szlaczkiem w powtarzalne wzory. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze dekoracje naczynia stolowego stanowi rozciagajacy sie wokól zewnetrznej krawedzi szlaczek 1. Szlaczek 1 tworza obwodowe linie, pomiedzy którymi powierzchnia jest ciemniejsza i jasnieje ku srodkowi. Posrodku szlaczka \ rozciaga sie obwodowy wieniec 2 utworzony z przylegajacych do siebie pod katem lisci 3. Liscie 3 maja zaznaczony zewnetrzny kontur ciemniejsza linia. Spod lisci 3, w szczelinach utworzonych w miejscach ich laczenia jest widoczna jasniejaca posrodku powierzchnia szlaczka 1 smuga. Spomiedzy szczelin sa wysuniete galazki 4. Pozostala powierzchnia naczynia stolowego jest zdobiona motywem plastycznym, utworzonym z ulozonych naprzemiennie glówek kwiatów 5, przypominajacych w swej formie chabry. Poszczególne glówki kwiatów 5 sa polaczone galazkami 6. Od jednej glówki kwiatka 5 odchodza galazki 6 do czterech sasiednich, rozmieszczonych naprzemiennie glówek kwiatków 5. The industrial design is for tableware used in households, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The vessel is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the vessel in a general top view, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the vessel in a general top view. The vessel is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The rim of the vessel is decorated with a repeating pattern. Significant features of the industrial design include the tableware's decoration, which consists of a border 1 extending around the outer edge. Border 1 is formed by circumferential lines, between which the surface is darker and lighter towards the center. In the center of the border, a circumferential wreath 2 extends, formed by leaves 3 adjoining each other at an angle. Leaves 3 have a darker line marking their outer contour. A streak of border 1, lighter in color, is visible from beneath leaves 3, in the gaps created where they join. Branches 4 protrude from between the gaps. The remaining surface of the tableware is decorated with a plastic motif composed of alternating flower heads 5, resembling cornflowers. Individual flower heads 5 are connected by branches 6.
