Naczynie dekoracyjne Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 21 czerwca 2000 r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nowe i oryginalne naczynie ceramiczne przeznaczone do celów dekoracyjnych i uzytkowych, stosowane jako doniczka lub oslona doniczki z podstawka lub bez niej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 - 6, na których pokazano to samo naczynie dekoracyjne w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym poszczególne zalaczone ilustracje prezentuja wzór w odmianach o identycznym ksztalcie z podstawka, ale z róznym zdobieniem powierzchni. Naczynie dekoracyjne wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne w postaci ksztaltu scietego stozka, w dolnej zwezajacej sie czesci zaokraglonego przechodzacego w dno doniczki zas w górnej czesci ma wywiniety kolnierz tworzacy gruby rant, powierzchnie boczne naczynia oraz rant sa barwne, przy czym powierzchnie bpezne pokryte sa wielokolorowym zdobieniem o róznym ukladzie linii i róznej kolorystyce, jak przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 1 do fig 6. Naczynie dekoracyjne ma podstawek o ksztalcie_scietego stozka z powierzchnia barwna w kolorach powierzchni bocznej doniczki oraz na powierzcfeo^ boezne^posiada motyw roslinny w postaci rysunku owoców jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. The subject of the ornamental design is a new and original ceramic vessel intended for decorative and functional purposes, used as a flowerpot or flowerpot cover, with or without a saucer. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, properties and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached drawings Figs. 1-6, which show the same decorative vessel in a perspective view. The individual attached illustrations present the design in variations of an identical shape with a saucer but with different surface decoration. The decorative vessel according to the pattern has the essential features of a truncated cone shape, with a rounded lower part narrowing to the bottom of the pot, and a turned-up collar forming a thick rim in the upper part. The side surfaces of the vessel and the rim are colored, with the bare surfaces covered with multi-colored decoration with a different arrangement of lines and different colors, as shown in Figures 1 to 6. The decorative vessel has a base in the shape of a truncated cone with a colored surface in the colors of the side surfaces of the pot, and on the side surface it has a plant motif in the form of a drawing of fruit, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 1. A variant of the vessel may have an outer surface with decoration depicting colorful fruits gathered in clusters and a base in the color of the vessel with a rim in the color of the rim of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 2. The vessel according to the pattern in a variation has an outer surface with a decoration depicting a colorful cluster of flowers and a saucer with a rim in the color of the rim of the vessel as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3. The vessel has an outer surface with a decoration depicting colorful stripes and on one of them evenly arranged colorful flowers and a saucer with stripes as on the side surface of the vessel as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4. The vessel may have an outer surface with a decoration depicting colorful stripes and on them arranged plant motifs in the form of evenly distributed colorful flowers and has a saucer in the color of the rim of the vessel as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5. Another vessel in a variation has an outer surface with a decoration depicting colorful flowers with leaves and a saucer in the color of the side surface of the vessel as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6.
