Pojemnik jest wyposazony w plaski podstawek o brzegach wyprofilowanych ku górze, który ma taka sama kolorystyke i fakture powierzchni. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego pojemnik ma ksztalt okraglej, glebokiej misy o profilu parabolicznym, której górna krawedz jest nieznacznie zaokraglona do wewnatrz. Górny zdobniczy wieniec, zawiera poziomy ornament otoczony wypuklym dolnym paskiem oraz wypukla górna krawedzia, które sa wybarwione tak samo jak ornament. Brzegi okraglego podstawka maja profil miseczkowy, skojarzony z profilem pojemnika. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego pojemnik ma ksztalt stojacego prostopadlo- scianu, którego górna krawedz stanowi wyraznie wypukly gzyms o przekroju zblizonym do prostokatnego, przy czym brzegi i naroza gzymsu sa zaokraglone. Pod gzymsem jest umieszczony górny zdobniczy wieniec, zawierajacy poziomy ornament. Brzegi kwa- dratowego podstawka sa uformowane pionowo, kojarzac sie z profilem pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie swoistym ornamentem oraz stylem, wynikajacym z kolorystyki i struktury powierzchni. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The originality of the industrial design is manifest in its shape, line arrangement, color scheme, and ornamentation. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot placed on a saucer in the first design variant, Fig. 2 shows the flowerpot placed off a saucer in the first design variant, Fig. 3 shows the flowerpot placed on a saucer in the second design variant, and Fig. 4 shows the flowerpot placed off a saucer in the second design variant. The industrial design object comprises an open-topped container, the upper edge of which is decorated with a convex wreath containing a horizontal ornament in the form of two outermost stripes, from which rectangular, interlacing pipes extend inward from the top and bottom, so that the resulting grooves create a labyrinth in the shape of a repeating letter "P." The container has a generally smooth surface with a uniform color, while the convex elements of the wreath are of a different color. The container is equipped with a flat base with upwardly profiled edges, which has the same color and surface texture. In the first variant of the industrial design, the container has the shape of a round, deep bowl with a parabolic profile, the upper edge of which is slightly rounded inward. The upper decorative wreath contains a horizontal ornament surrounded by a convex lower band and a convex upper edge, which are colored in the same way as the ornament. The edges of the round base have a cup-shaped profile, reminiscent of the container's profile. In the second variant of the industrial design, the container has the shape of an upright cuboid, the upper edge of which is a distinctly convex cornice with a cross-section close to rectangular, with the cornice's edges and corners being rounded. Below the cornice is an upper decorative wreath containing a horizontal ornament. The edges of the square base are formed vertically, reminiscent of the container's profile. The industrial design is distinguished by its unique ornamentation and style, resulting from the color scheme and surface texture. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A flowerpot with a saucer comprises a container open at the top, the upper edge of which is decorated with a convex wreath containing a horizontal ornament in the form of two outermost stripes, from which rectangular, intertwining pipes extend inwards from the top and bottom, in such a way that the resulting grooves form a labyrinth in the shape of a repeating letter "P", the container having a substantially smooth surface of uniform colour, while the convex elements of the wreath are of a different colour, furthermore the container is equipped with a flat saucer with edges profiled upwards, which has the same colour and surface texture as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1, 2, 3, 4. 2. In the first variant of the industrial design, the container has the shape of a round, deep bowl with a parabolic profile, the upper edge of which is slightly rounded inwards, wherein the upper decorative rim contains a horizontal ornament surrounded by a convex lower stripe and a convex upper edge, which are colored in the same way as the ornament, while the edges of the round base have a bowl-shaped profile associated with the profile of the container, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. In the second variant of the industrial design, the container has the shape of a standing cuboid, the upper edge of which is a clearly convex cornice with a cross-section close to rectangular, wherein the edges and corners of the cornice are rounded, furthermore, under the cornice there is an upper decorative rim containing a horizontal ornament, while the edges of the square base are formed vertically, corresponding to the profile of the container, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
