Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zestawu wazonów przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Zestaw wazonów posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanych zdobien, w których element ozdobny umieszczony jest w nieregularnej ramce i ma postac róznokolorowych plam wyraznie od siebie oddzielonych. Zdobienie umieszczone jest na naczyniach w kolorze brazowym o róznej intensywnosci zabarwienia. Naczynia maja rózny ksztalt, a ich powierzchnie sa blyszczace, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 i 2. Zestaw wazonów przedstawiony na fig 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanych zdobien, w których element ozdobny posiada ksztalt nieregularnego wijacego sie pasa od podstawy do otworu wazonu, przy czym element ozdobny ma postac róznokolorowych plam wyraznie od siebie oddzielonych; górna czesc wazonu posiada zwezenie, w którym umieszczone sa poziome równolegle linie. Linie te przerywaja ciaglosc nieregularnego elementu ozdobnego. Naczynie ma ksztalt walca zwezajacego sie pod odchylonym kolnierzem. Wazon posiada podstawe w ksztalcie kola, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig 1. Zestaw wazonów przedstawiony na fig 2 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanych zdobien, w których element ozdobny umieszczony jest w nieregularnym wijacym sie pasie od podstawy do przelotowego otworu w górnej czesci wazonu, przy czym element ozdobny ma postac róznokolorowych plam wyraznie od siebie oddzielonych. Naczynie ma nieregularny, wydluzony i odgiety przy otworze górnym ksztalt, przy czym w niewielkiej odleglosci od krawedzi posiada przelotowy otwór, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 2. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a set of vases, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, surface properties and decoration, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The set of vases possesses essential features of an industrial design in the form of stylized decorations, in which the decorative element is placed in an irregular frame and takes the form of clearly separated multicolored spots. The decoration is placed on brown vessels of varying color intensity. The vessels have different shapes, and their surfaces are shiny, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 and 2. The set of vases depicted in Fig. 1 possesses essential features of an industrial design in the form of stylized decorations, in which the decorative element takes the form of an irregular, winding band from the base to the vase opening, with the decorative element taking the form of clearly separated multicolored spots; The upper part of the vase has a narrowing, in which horizontal parallel lines are placed. These lines interrupt the continuity of the irregular decorative element. The vessel is cylindrical in shape, narrowing under the raised collar. The vase has a circular base, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The set of vases shown in Fig. 2 has essential industrial design features in the form of stylized ornamentation, in which the decorative element is placed in an irregular, winding band from the base to the through-hole in the upper part of the vase. The decorative element is in the form of clearly separated multi-colored spots. The vessel has an irregular, elongated shape, bent at the top opening, and has a through-hole a short distance from the rim, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2.
