Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fontanna, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element malej architektury, zwlaszcza ogrodów, zielenców, skwerów lub parków. Fontanna wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi oraz oryginalnym i indywidualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, ksztalt, strukture, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Fontanna moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z kamienia naturalnego lub sztucznego lub z betonu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Wysokosc fontanny wedlug wzoru moze dochodzic do 2,5 m. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 - prezentuje w widoku perspektywicznym fontanne odmiana 1, Fig. 2 - prezentuje w widoku perspektywicznym fontanne odmiana 2. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze fontanna ma ksztalt misy wspartej na cokole. W misie fontanny osadzona jest wieza. Podstawe fontanny tworzy cokól o zarysie splaszczonego walca i o gladkiej powierzchni, z obwodowym zdobieniem wzdluz krawedzi. Powierzchnie cokolu zdobia rozchodzace sie promieniscie, równomiernie od srodka rowki. Na cokole usytuowana jest stylizowana, zwezajaca sie ku górze kolumna. W dolnej czesci kolumna ma zarys walca, z rozmieszczonym na obwodzie zdobieniem w postaci rowka. Nastepnie kolumna zweza sie ku górze. Zwezajaca sie ku górze sylwetke kolumny zdobi wzdluzny ornament, w postaci szeregu wypuklosci o przypominajacych owale ksztalcie, wkleslych posrodku. Nad tym ornamentem zdobiacym kolumne, znajduje sie kolejny motyw ozdobny w postaci pierscienia utworzonego z szeregu pólkulistych wypuklosci. Kolumna fontanny w górnej czesci rozszerza sie, tworzac podstawe misy fontanny. Misa fontanny jest pólkolista. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia misy fontanny posiada rozciagajace sie na obwodzie wypukle zdobienia. Krawedz misy jest zaokraglona. Posrodku Misy fontanny znajduje sie postument o okraglym profilu. The fountain, as designed, is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the characteristics of its lines, shape, structure, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The fountain can be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural or artificial stone, concrete, or plastic. The fountain height, according to the design, can reach up to 2.5 meters. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of fountain variant 1, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of fountain variant 2. The essential features of the industrial design include the fountain's bowl-shaped form supported by a pedestal. A tower is embedded in the fountain's bowl. The fountain's base is formed by a pedestal in the shape of a flattened cylinder with a smooth surface, with peripheral decoration along the edges. The surface of the pedestal is decorated with grooves radiating evenly from the center. A stylized column, tapering upwards, is located on the pedestal. In its lower section, the column has a cylindrical shape, with a grooved decoration around its circumference. The column then tapers upwards. The column's silhouette, tapering upwards, is adorned with a longitudinal ornament in the form of a series of oval-shaped protrusions, concave in the center. Above this ornament adorning the column is another decorative motif in the form of a ring formed by a series of hemispherical protrusions. The fountain column widens at the top, forming the base of the fountain bowl. The fountain bowl is semicircular. The outer surface of the fountain bowl features convex ornamentation extending around its circumference. The bowl's edge is rounded. In the center of the fountain bowl is a pedestal with a circular profile. The fountain, according to the industrial design, variation 1, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, is equipped with towers arranged in the center of the bowl. The towers form bowls arranged one above the other, supported by columns. The bowls decrease in size towards the top. The columns supporting the bowls are cylindrical in shape with circumferentially spaced constrictions. The outer surface of the bowls in the fountain tower has convex decorations extending around the circumference. The edge of the bowls is decorated with ornaments in the form of protrusions with grooves. The top of the tower is decorated with a motif resembling the surface of a sphere. The fountain, according to the industrial design, variant 2, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, is equipped with a tower placed in the center of the bowl. The towers form bowls arranged one above the other, supported by columns. The bowls decrease in size towards the top. The columns supporting the bowls are cylindrical in shape with circumferentially spaced constrictions. The outer surface of the bowls in the fountain tower has convex decorations extending around the circumference.
