Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest donica ozdobna, znajdujaca zastosowanie przy tworzeniu malej architektury ogrodowej, oczek wodnych, fontann, zielenców, klombów z zielenia, na skwerach, w parkach, w ogrodach i ogródkach przydomowych, a takze tarasach i balkonach. Donica, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi oraz oryginalnym i indywidu- alnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana przez cechy linii, ksztaltu, konturów, strukture, material wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Donica moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów naturalnych i sztucznych, z kamienia naturalnego lub sztucznego lub z betonu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 - prezentuje donice z nózkami w widoku perspektywicznym odmiana 1, Fig. 2 - prezentuje donice bez nózek w widoku perspektywicznym odmiana 2. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze donica ozdobna jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly. Powierzchnie donicy tworza scianki, które to w dolnej jej czesci sa plaskie. W górnej czesci scianek po obwodzie donicy rozmieszczone jest wypukle zdobienie. Zdobienie przedstawia ornament utworzony za pomoca linii lamanej. Górny brzeg donicy zaopatrzony jest w zdobienie w postaci rozszerzajacych schodkowo sie ku górze stopni, o prostych krawedziach, tworzacych zarazem obrzeze donicy. Donica wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, Fig. 1, jest zaopatrzona w plaskie dno i nózki, o ksztalcie prostopadlosciennym. According to the design, the flowerpot is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, defined by the characteristics of the lines, shape, contours, structure, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The flowerpot can be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural or artificial materials, from natural or artificial stone, concrete, or plastic. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the flowerpot with legs, variant 1, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the flowerpot without legs, variant 2. The essential features of the industrial design include that the decorative flowerpot is shaped as a solid. The surfaces of the flowerpot are formed by walls, which are flat in their lower part. A convex decoration is placed on the upper part of the walls around the perimeter of the flowerpot. The decoration is an ornament created using a broken line. The upper edge of the flowerpot is decorated with steps widening upwards, with straight edges, which also form the rim of the flowerpot.
