Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja, zwlaszcza blatu stolu, znajdujaca zastoso- wanie w gastronomii, w uslugach cateringowych, w ogrodnictwie, jak równiez w gospodarstwie domo- wym. Dekoracja, wykonana z odpowiednio dobranego rodzaju tworzywa sztucznego daje mozliwosc dostosowania jej do dowolnego rodzaju mebli, do zmieniajacych sie wymagan uzytkowników. Dzieki zachowaniu sztywnosci, dekoracja umozliwia korygowanie ksztaltu i wielkosci blatu stolu. Pozwala na szybka zmiane nakrycia stolu. Jest latwa w utrzymaniu w czystosci i porzadku. Po odwróceniu deko- racja moze pelnic role elementu wystroju wnetrz lub elementu infrastruktury przestrzeni. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. The decoration, made of a suitably selected type of plastic, makes it possible to adapt it to any type of furniture, to the changing requirements of users. Thanks to maintaining its rigidity, the decoration makes it possible to correct the shape and size of the table top. It allows for a quick change of the table setting. It is easy to keep clean and tidy. After turning over, the decoration can play the role of an element of interior design or an element of spatial infrastructure. The essence of the design is a new, individual form of the product, given to it by the shape of the surface, arrangement of lines, contours, colours, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - illustrates the decoration, especially the table top in a general view from above and from the side, variant 1, fig. 2 - shows the decorations after being turned over in a view from below and from the side, variant 1, fig. 3 - presents the decorations in a view from above and from the side, variant 2, fig. 4 - decorations after being turned over in a view from the side and from below, variant 2. The decoration, especially the table top, in accordance with the industrial design is intended to be reproduced in a craft and industrial manner. It is made of plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in the drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2 - include that the decoration, especially the table top, is made of stiffened material and shaped in the form of an inverted basin with a circular outline in a top view. The central surface of the decoration is horizontal and adjusted to the table top. The sides of the decoration are fancifully formed. They stylize the edges of the fabric flowing downwards, resembling the folds of a textile tablecloth. When turned over, the decoration, especially of the table top, takes the form of a sunken basin, which, when filled with soil, can act as a bowl for flower seedlings and be used as an element of interior design, gardens, terraces and other objects or spaces. The essential features of the industrial design variant 2, shown in the drawing, fig. 3 and fig. 4 - include that the covering, especially of the table top, is made of stiffened material and shaped in the form of an inverted basin with an oval outline in the top view. The central surface of the decoration is horizontal. The fancifully formed sides of the decoration stylize the freely flowing down edges of the fabric, resembling the folds of a textile tablecloth. After turning the decoration over, a sunken basin is created, which can act as a flower bowl after filling it with soil and be an element of the interior design, gardens, terraces and other objects and spaces.
