PL 23061 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka na doniczke z ozdobnym azurowym ornamentem, przeznaczona do umieszczania w niej doniczki z roslinami lub tez bezposrednio podloza dla roslin, zwlaszcza roslin ozdobnych, w tym kwiatów. Oslonka na doniczki z ozdobnym azurowym ornamentem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonana z dowolnego materialu w dowolnym kolorze. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu, ukladzie linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów, zdobieniu powierzchni, a w szczególnosci na unikalnym wzorze azurowej ornamentacji o motywie roslinnym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach od Fig. 1 do Fig. 8, w czterech odmianach. I. odmiana przedmiotowego wzoru posiada obrys w postaci okregu, a jego scianki powierzchni bocznej rozchylaja sie lekko na zewnatrz nadajac naczyniu ksztalt kielicha, natomiast scianki boczne naczynia wykonczone w górnej czesci charakterystycznym azurowym ornamentem w górnych krawedziach posiadaja wykonczenie w postaci regularnego zygzaka, natomiast dolna krawedz charakterystycznego azurowego ornamentu posiada zarys symetrycznych, kopczyków piasku, gdzie na: Fig. 1 przedstawiono wzór w widoku od frontu. Fig. 2 przedstawiono wzór w widoku z perspektywy; II. odmiana przedmiotowego wzoru posiada obrys w postaci okregu, a jego scianki powierzchni bocznej rozchylaja sie lekko na zewnatrz nadajac naczyniu ksztalt kielicha, natomiast scianki boczne naczynia wykonczone sa obrecza rozszerzajaca sie ku górze o obrysie gladkiego okregu z charakterystycznym azurowy ornamentem o wygladzie, gdzie na Fig. 3 przedstawiono wzór w widoku od frontu, a na Fig. 4 przedstawiono wzór w widoku z perspektywy; III. odmiana przedmiotowego wzoru posiada obrys w postaci okregu, a jego scianki powierzchni bocznej rozchylaja sie lekko na zewnatrz nadajac naczyniu ksztalt kielicha, natomiast scianki boczne naczynia posiadaja charakterystyczna cienka obrecz na calym obwodzie nad która znajduje sie charakterystyczny azurowy ornamentem, który w górnych krawedziach ma wykonczenie w postaci regularnego zygzaka, gdzie na Fig. 5 przedstawiono wzór w widoku od frontu. Na Fig. 6 przedstawiono wzór w widoku z perspektywy; IV. odmiana przedmiotowego wzoru oslonka na doniczke posiada obrys w postaci elipsy, a jego scianki powierzchni bocznej rozchylaja sie lekko na zewnatrz, przy czym scianki boczne naczynia posiadaja charakterystyczna cienka obrecz nad która znajduje sie charakterystyczny azurowy ornament, który w górnych krawedziach ma wykonczenie w postaci: regularnego zygzaka, gdzie na Fig. 7 przedstawiono wzór w widoku od frontu, a na Fig. 8 przedstawiono wzór w widoku z perspektywy. The flowerpot cover with a decorative openwork ornament according to the industrial design can be made of any material in any color. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape, the arrangement of the outline lines of individual elements, the surface decoration, and in particular in the unique pattern of openwork ornamentation with a plant motif. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 8, in four varieties. I. variation of the subject design has a circular outline, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, giving the vessel the shape of a goblet, while the side walls of the vessel, finished in the upper part with a characteristic openwork ornament, have a regular zigzag finish in the upper edges, while the lower edge of the characteristic openwork ornament has an outline of symmetrical, mounds of sand, where: Fig. 1 shows the design in a frontal view. Fig. 2 shows the design in a perspective view; II. a variant of the subject design has an outline in the form of a circle, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, giving the vessel the shape of a goblet, while the side walls of the vessel are finished with a rim widening upwards with the outline of a smooth circle with a characteristic openwork ornament with the appearance of, where Fig. 3 shows the pattern in a front view, and Fig. 4 shows the pattern in a perspective view; III. a variant of the subject design has an outline in the form of a circle, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, giving the vessel the shape of a goblet, while the side walls of the vessel have a characteristic thin rim around the entire circumference, above which there is a characteristic openwork ornament, the upper edges of which are finished in the form of a regular zigzag, where Fig. 5 shows the pattern in a front view. Variation of the subject pattern, the flowerpot cover, has an outline in the form of an ellipse, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, while the side walls of the vessel have a characteristic thin rim above which there is a characteristic openwork ornament, the upper edges of which are finished in the form of: a regular zigzag, where Fig. 7 shows the pattern in front view, and Fig. 8 shows the pattern in perspective view. An essential feature of the industrial design of the flowerpot cover is that, regardless of the variety, the flowerpot cover is a vessel having in its upper part a decorative openwork ornament in the form of a regular and repeating plant motif presenting twigs with leaves and flowers as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8. An essential feature of the industrial design of the flowerpot cover is that, depending on the variety, the flowerpot cover has a bottom outline in the form of a circle or ellipse, as in Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, Fig. 8. An essential feature of the industrial design of the flowerpot cover is that in variant I the flowerpot cover has an outline in the form of a circle, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, giving the vessel the shape of a goblet, while the side walls of the vessel are finished in the upper part with a characteristic openwork ornament, which in the upper edges has a finish in the form of a regular zigzag, while the lower edge of the characteristic openwork ornament has an outline of symmetrical, mounds of sand, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2. An essential feature of the industrial design is that in variant II the flowerpot cover has an outline in the form of a circle, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, giving the vessel the shape of a a goblet, while the side walls of the vessel are finished with a rim widening upwards in the form of a smooth circle with a characteristic openwork ornament, the upper edge of which is smooth and looks like in Fig. 3, Fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design is that in variant III the flowerpot cover has an outline in the form of a circle, and its side surface walls flare slightly outwards, giving the vessel the shape of a goblet, while the side walls of the vessel have a characteristic thin rim around the entire circumference, above which there is a characteristic openwork ornament, the upper edges of which are finished in the form of a regular zigzag, looking like in Fig. 5, Fig. 6. An essential feature of the industrial design is that in variant IV the flowerpot cover has an outline in the form of an ellipse, and its side walls flare slightly outwards, while the side walls of the vessel have a characteristic thin rim above which there is a characteristic openwork ornament, which in the upper edges has a finish in the form of a regular zigzag, with the appearance as in Fig. 7, Fig. 8.
