Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka. Oslonka to produkt sluzacy do ozdoby pomieszczen i trzymania w nim roslin doniczkowych. Wzór zilustrowano na zdjeciach: fig. 1 przedstawia widok oslonki z przodu, fig. 2 – widok perspektywiczny oslonki, fig. 3 – oslonka, fig. 4 – zblizenie na ornament, fig. 5 – widok od góry. Cechy istotne wzoru sa zilustrowane na zdjeciach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5. Nadto wyjasniam, ze cechami istotnymi wzoru sa: 1) oslonka ma ksztalt scietego rombu. 2) charakterystyczny wzór ornamentu umieszczony na oslonce, znajdujacy sie na jej powierzchni od strony zewnetrznej. Jest to pas oplatajacy górna czesc oslonki. Wzór tworza wpisane pomiedzy dwie cienkie obrecze motywy zawijajacych sie galazek wraz z listkami. Wzór ma charakter regularny i powtarza sie na oslonce. Galazki wraz z listkami sa uwypuklone – co mozna wyczuc palcem. Górna obrecz motywu stanowi jego granice – jest porozcinana i sklada sie z malych, wypuklych równolegloboków. Dolna obrecz nie jest porozcinana. Wzór zdobiacy oslonke – stanowiacy jej ceche istotna, jest niespotykany jak dotad na tego typu wyrobach. 3) rant umieszczony wewnatrz oslonki w jej dolnej czesci, sluzy do opierania plastikowej doniczki z roslina. Zastosowanie tego typu rozwiazania umozliwia odpowiednie nawodnienie umieszczonej w doniczce rosliny. Ten element oslonki w znacznym stopniu podnosi jej walory uzytkowe. A plant cover is a product used to decorate rooms and hold potted plants. The design is illustrated in the following photographs: Fig. 1 shows the front view of the plant cover; Fig. 2 – a perspective view of the plant cover; Fig. 3 – the plant cover; Fig. 4 – a close-up of the ornament; Fig. 5 – a top view. The essential features of the design are illustrated in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. I further explain that the essential features of the design are: 1) the plant cover is in the shape of a truncated rhombus; 2) a distinctive ornamental pattern located on the plant cover's outer surface. This is a band that wraps around the top of the plant cover. The pattern is created by motifs of curling branches and leaves inscribed between two thin rings. The pattern is regular and repeated on the cover. The branches and leaves are embossed – a feature that can be felt with a finger. The upper ring of the motif forms its border – it is cut and composed of small, convex parallelograms. The lower ring is not cut. The pattern adorning the cover – a significant feature – is unprecedented on products of this type. 3) A rim placed inside the cover in its lower part serves to support the plastic pot containing the plant. This solution allows for proper watering of the plant placed in the pot. This element of the cover significantly enhances its practicality.
