PL 26467 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miska cmentarna przeznaczona dla umieszczania w niej sztucznych i zywych kwiatów i/albo roslin. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono miske cmentarna w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry, a na fig. 2 – przedstawiono miske cmentarna w widoku z przodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku cechy istotne wzoru stanowi ksztalt miski w postaci zwezajacego sie ku podstawie odwróconego stozka scietego, posadowionego na waskiej cylindrycznej opasce. W górnej czesci miska ma gladka wypolerowana powierzchnie o ksztalcie waskiej cylindrycznej opaski oraz waskiego wypolerowanego rantu o zaokraglonej pobocznicy. Srodkowa czesc miski ma matowa powierzchnie, na której znajduje sie wypukla ornamentyka w postaci umieszczonych naprzemiennie stylizowanego serca i krzyza o wypolerowanych powierzchniach. Waska cylindryczna opaska znajdujaca sie w dolnej czesci miski ma gladka wypolerowana powierzchnie. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, where fig. 1 - presents the cemetery bowl in an axonometric view from above, and fig. 2 - presents the cemetery bowl in a front view. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the design are the shape of the bowl in the form of an inverted truncated cone narrowing towards the base, set on a narrow cylindrical band. In the upper part, the bowl has a smooth polished surface in the shape of a narrow cylindrical band and a narrow polished edge with a rounded side. The central part of the bowl has a matt surface, on which there is a convex ornament in the form of alternating stylized hearts and crosses with polished surfaces.
