PL 26466 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon cmentarny przeznaczony dla umieszczania w nim sztucznych i zywych kwiatów i/albo roslin. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono flakon cmentarny w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, a na fig. 2 – przedstawiono flakon cmentarny w widoku aksonometrycznym z tylu. Jak pokazano na rysunku cechy istotne wzoru stanowi ksztalt flakonu w postaci stozka scietego, posadowionego na waskiej cylindrycznej opasce. W górnej czesci flakon ma gladka wypolerowana powierzchnie o zaokraglonej pobocznicy. Powierzchnia górnej czesci laczy sie z matowa srodkowa czescia, na której znajduje sie wypukla ornamentyka w postaci umieszczonych naprzemiennie stylizowanego serca i krzyza o gladkich wypolerowanych powierzchniach. Waska cylindryczna opaska ma gladka wypolerowana powierzchnie. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the cemetery bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 shows an axonometric view of the cemetery bottle from the back. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the design are the bottle's shape: a truncated cone set on a narrow cylindrical band. The upper part of the bottle has a smooth, polished surface with rounded edges. The surface of the upper part connects to a matte central part, which features convex ornamentation in the form of alternating stylized hearts and crosses with smooth, polished surfaces.
