Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka przeznaczona dla umieszczania w niej sztucz- nych i zywych kwiatów i/albo roslin. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono doniczke w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, a na fig. 2 przedstawiono doniczke w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry. Jak pokazano na fotografii cechy istotne wzoru stanowi ksztalt doniczki o wygladzie zblizonym do stozka scietego. W górnej czesci jest opaska o ksztalcie stozka scietego, natomiast srodkowa jej czesc ma ksztalt wybrzuszonego na zewnatrz stozka scietego, a dolna czesc ma ksztalt wglebionego do srodka stozka scietego. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Figure 1 shows the flowerpot in an axonometric front view, and Figure 2 shows the flowerpot in an axonometric top view. As shown in the photograph, the essential features of the design are the shape of the flowerpot, which resembles a truncated cone. The upper part has a band in the shape of a truncated cone, while its central part is in the shape of a truncated cone bulging outward, and the lower part is in the shape of a truncated cone recessed inward.
