PL 26468 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest misa przeznaczona dla umieszczania w niej sztucznych i zywych kwiatów i/albo roslin. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono mise w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 – przedstawiono mise w widoku aksonometrycznym od strony jej wewnetrznej czesci, a na fig. 3 – przedstawiono mise w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku cechy istotne wzoru stanowi ksztalt misy w postaci wyoblonej na zewnatrz srodkowej czesci jej korpusu utworzonego z waskich, wybrzuszonych opasek, umieszczonych jedna na drugiej. Górna czesc korpusu stanowi waska cylindryczna opaska, natomiast dno misy stanowi waski stozek sciety. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the bowl from the front, Fig. 2 shows an axonometric view of the bowl from the inside, and Fig. 3 shows an axonometric view from above. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the design are the shape of the bowl in the form of an outwardly curved central part of its body made of narrow, bulging bands placed one on top of the other. The upper part of the body is a narrow cylindrical band, while the bottom of the bowl is a narrow truncated cone.
