PL 26955 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miska cmentarna przeznaczona dla umieszczania w niej sztucznych i zywych kwiatów i/albo roslin. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono miske cmentarna w widoku z góry, a na fig. 2 – miske cmentarna w widoku z przodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku miska cmentarna ma korpus o ksztalcie rozszerzajacego sie ku podstawie stozka scietego, posadowionego na podstawie o ksztalcie zwezajacego sie w kierunku podstawy stozka scietego. Górna czesc korpusu o ksztalcie rozszerzajacego sie ku podstawie stozka scietego zwienczona jest waska wypolerowana opaska, podobnie jak dolna jego czesc. Srodkowa czesc korpusu ma matowa powierzchnie, na której znajduje sie wypukla ornamentyka w postaci umieszczonych naprzemiennie stylizowanego serca i krzyza o wypolerowanych powierzchniach. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 – the cemetery bowl is shown in a top view, and fig. 2 – the cemetery bowl in a front view. As shown in the drawing, the cemetery bowl has a body in the shape of a truncated cone widening towards the base, placed on a base in the shape of a truncated cone narrowing towards the base. The upper part of the body in the shape of a truncated cone widening towards the base is topped with a narrow polished band, similarly to its lower part. The central part of the body has a matt surface, on which there is a convex ornament in the form of alternating stylized heart and cross with polished surfaces.
