EN 23719 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a pot intended for displaying natural and artificial flowers and plants.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac donicy, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a pot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono donice w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – przedstawiono donice w widoku z góry wraz z wkladka, a na fig. 3 – przedstawiono donice w widoku od spodu. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in Fig. 1 the pots are shown in a front view, Fig. 2 - pots are shown in top view with an insert, and in Fig. 3 the pots are shown in a bottom view.

Jak pokazano na rysunku donica ma w górnej czesci korpus o ksztalcie wkleslego nieznacznie stozka scietego zwezajacego sie ku wkleslej lukowo jego podstawie o ksztalcie stozka scietego. Gór- na czesc podstawy ma srednice nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy dolnej czesci korpusu. Od strony górnej czesci korpusu znajduje sie wkladka o ksztalcie wkleslego nieznacznie stozka scietego zweza- jacego sie ku dolowi. As shown in the figure, the pot has in its upper part a body in the shape of a slightly concave cone tapering towards the concave arc of its base in the shape of a truncated cone. The upper part of the base has a diameter slightly larger than that of the lower part of the body. On the upper side of the body there is an insert in the shape of a slightly concave cone tapering downwards.

Od strony górnej czesci korpusu znajduje sie wkladka o ksztalcie wkleslego nieznacznie stozka scietego zwezajacego sie ku dolowi, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3.
