PL 23719 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest donica przeznaczona do eksponowania naturalnych i sztucznych kwiatów i roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac donicy, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono donice w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – przedstawiono donice w widoku z góry wraz z wkladka, a na fig. 3 – przedstawiono donice w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku donica ma w górnej czesci korpus o ksztalcie wkleslego nieznacznie stozka scietego zwezajacego sie ku wkleslej lukowo jego podstawie o ksztalcie stozka scietego. Gór- na czesc podstawy ma srednice nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy dolnej czesci korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the pot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the pot from the front, Fig. 2 shows the pot from the top with the insert, and Fig. 3 shows the pot from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the pot has a body in the upper part in the shape of a slightly concave truncated cone, tapering towards its concave, arc-shaped base in the shape of a truncated cone. The upper part of the base has a diameter slightly larger than the lower part of the body. On the upper part of the body, there is an insert in the shape of a slightly concave truncated cone, tapering downwards. Essential features of the industrial design: The planter has an upper part of a body in the shape of a slightly concave truncated cone, tapering towards its concave, arched base in the shape of a truncated cone. The upper part of the base has a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the lower part of the body.
