Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac misy zlozonej z dwóch elementów, które po- laczone sa na wcisk i wzajemnie do siebie przylegaja, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawia- jaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono mise w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 2 – przedstawiono mise w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku misa ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o ksztalcie stozka scie- tego zaopatrzonego od góry w cienka opaske, która ma pobocznice o lukowym wkleslym ksztalcie oraz ma postument, który sklada sie z trzech pierscieni nalozonych na siebie i które rozszerzaja sie od nasady korpusu do podstawy, przy czym dolny pierscien ma ksztalt cienkiego walcowego pierscienia, natomiast dwa zwezajace sie ku górze pierscienie sa szersze i maja pobocznice o lukowym ksztalcie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bowl composed of two elements that are pressed together and adhere to each other, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bowl from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the bowl from the top. As shown in the drawing, the bowl has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a truncated cone, provided with a thin band at the top, which has side walls in a concave arch shape, and has a pedestal consisting of three rings superimposed on each other and which widen from the base of the body to the base, where the lower ring has the shape of a thin cylindrical ring, while the two rings narrowing towards the top are wider and have side walls in an arch shape. Essential features of the industrial design The bowl has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a truncated cone, provided with a thin band at the top, which has concave, arched side walls, and has a pedestal consisting of three rings superimposed on each other and which widen from the base of the body to the base, wherein the lower ring has the shape of a thin cylindrical ring, while the two rings narrowing towards the top are wider and have arched side walls, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
