PL 23720 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon do eksponowania kwiatów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac flakonu zlozonego z dwóch elementów, które wzajemnie do siebie przylegaja, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono flakon w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 2 – przedstawiono flakon w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o ksztalcie nieznacznie wkleslego stozka scietego, którego pobocznica jest wklesla na calej swej wysokosci od górnej czesci korpusu az do jego nasady umieszczonej na postumencie, który sklada sie z trzech pierscieni nalozonych na siebie, przy czym dolny pierscien jest najszerszy i ma ksztalt walca, natomiast dwa zwezajace sie ku górze pierscienie maja pobocznice o lukowym ksztalcie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o ksztalcie nieznacznie wkleslego stozka scietego, którego pobocznica jest wklesla na calej swej wysokosci od górnej czesci korpusu az do jego nasady umieszczonej na postumencie, który sklada sie z trzech pierscieni nalozonych na siebie, przy czym dolny pierscien jest najszerszy i ma ksztalt walca, natomiast dwa zwezajace sie ku górze pierscienie maja pobocznice o lukowym ksztalcie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bottle composed of two elements that are mutually adjacent, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the bottle is presented in a front view, and in fig. 2 - the bottle is presented in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a slightly concave truncated cone, the side of which is concave along its entire height from the upper part of the body to its base placed on a pedestal, which consists of three rings superimposed on each other, with the lower ring being the widest and cylindrical in shape, while the two rings narrowing towards the top have arc-shaped side walls.
