PL 23480 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest misa do eksponowania naturalnych i sztucznych kwia- tów i roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac misy zlozonej z dwóch elementów, które po- laczone sa na wcisk i wzajemnie do siebie przylegaja, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawia- jaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono mise w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 2 – przedstawiono mise w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku misa ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o ksztalcie od góry nie- znacznie wkleslego stozka scietego, a w dolnej czesci lukowo wypuklej nasady umieszczonej na po- stumencie, który sklada sie z trzech pierscieni nalozonych na siebie i które rozszerzaja sie od nasady korpusu do podstawy, przy czym dolny pierscien ma ksztalt cienkiego walcowego pierscienia, nato- miast dwa zwezajace sie ku górze pierscienie sa szersze i maja pobocznice o lukowym ksztalcie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Misa ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o ksztalcie od góry nieznacznie wkleslego stozka scietego, a w dolnej czesci lukowo wypuklej nasady umieszczonej na postumencie, który sklada sie z trzech pierscieni nalozonych na siebie i które rozszerzaja sie od nasady korpusu do podstawy, przy czym dolny pierscien ma ksztalt cienkiego walcowego pierscienia, natomiast dwa zwezajace sie ku górze pierscienie sa szersze i maja pobocznice o lukowym ksztalcie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bowl consisting of two elements that are pressed together and adhere to each other, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 – the bowl is presented in a front view, and fig. 2 – the bowl is presented in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the bowl has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a slightly concave truncated cone at the top, and in the lower part a convex-arched base placed on a pedestal, which consists of three rings superimposed on each other and which widen from the base of the body to the base, with the lower ring having the shape of a thin cylindrical ring, while the two rings narrowing towards the top are wider and have arc-shaped side walls.
