Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac flakonu zlozonego z dwóch elementów, które wzajemnie do siebie przylegaja, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przed- stawiono polaczone elementy flakonu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – przedstawiono polaczone elementy flakonu w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – przedstawiono wewnetrzna czesc flakonu w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 – przedstawiono wewnetrzna czesc flakonu w widoku z góry, fig. 5 – przedstawiono zewnetrzna czesc flakonu w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 6 – przedstawiono zewnetrzna czesc flakonu w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny zewnetrzny korpus o ksztalcie smuklego stozka scietego, którego pobocznica jest wklesla na calej swej wysokosci polaczony z we- wnetrzna czescia, której korpus ma ksztalt smuklego stozka scietego, którego pobocznica jest wklesla na calej swej wysokosci. Wewnetrzna czesc korpusu jest nieznacznie mniejsza od czesci zewnetrznej i w dolnej czesci spoczywa na denku w ksztalcie walca. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle composed of two elements that adhere to each other, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the connected elements of the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the connected elements of the bottle in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the inner part of the bottle in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the inner part of the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the outer part of the bottle in a front view, and Fig. 6 shows the outer part of the bottle in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a monolithic, thin-walled outer body in the shape of a slender truncated cone, the side of which is concave along its entire height, connected to an inner part, the body of which is in the shape of a slender truncated cone, the side of which is concave along its entire height. The inner part of the body is slightly smaller than the outer part and rests on a cylindrical bottom at the bottom.
