Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon do eksponowania kwiatów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac flakonu, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono flakon w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - przedstawiono flakon w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono flakon w pólwidoku z przodu i pólprzekroju. Jak pokazano na rysunku flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o zewnetrznej powierzchni z tworzywa sztucznego, który ma w górnej czesci ksztalt walca polaczonego lagodnym lukiem ze stozkiem scietym. Wnetrze korpusu stanowi stozek sciety zakonczony dnem zawieszonym nad plaszczyzna dna korpusu. W górnej czesci zakonczenie korpusu stanowi póllukowa powierzchnia, która z jednej strony przechodzi w wewnetrzna powierzchnie o ksztalcie stozka scietego i zbieznosci w kierunku jego dna, natomiast z drugiej strony przechodzi w zewnetrzna powierzchnie w ksztalcie walca i stozka scietego o zbieznosci w kierunku góry korpusu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o zewnetrznej powierzchni z tworzywa sztucznego, który ma w górnej czesci ksztalt walca polaczonego lagodnym lukiem ze stozkiem scietym. Wnetrze korpusu stanowi stozek sciety zakonczony dnem zawieszonym nad plaszczyzna dna korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a half-front view and a half-section. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a monolithic, thin-walled body with an outer surface made of plastic, the upper part of which is cylindrical in shape, connected by a gentle arc to a truncated cone. The interior of the body is a truncated cone, ending with a bottom suspended above the surface of the body's bottom. The upper part of the body ends in a semi-arcous surface, which on one side merges into an internal surface shaped like a truncated cone and tapering towards the base, while on the other side merges into an external surface shaped like a cylinder and a truncated cone, tapering towards the top of the body. The bottle's essential industrial design features a monolithic, thin-walled body with a plastic outer surface, which has a cylindrical shape in the upper part connected by a gentle arc to the truncated cone. The interior of the body is a truncated cone with a bottom suspended above the surface of the body's bottom.
